I bought a jump box from advanced a few months ago kept my receipt and due to the thermal printer they use the receipt was not readable after a month and a half. They replaced it after the person who sold it to me remembered selling it. So I charged up the replacement and went to use it to start my motorcycle it would go dead within a 60 to 90 seconds of being hooked up so again I take it back and get the run around by the store manager telling me everything they sell gets put into the computer when I know that is a lie the only parts that ever get put into computer are the parts that actually go on the car. So I was told I stored my receipt improperly because it was in my wallet. Yes I got mad and started getting loud because I was getting screwed over again. As a customer service professional his job is to make sure the customer is taken care if its not rocket science when you ask for windshield wipers and they ask if its for a 2 or 4wd. So at least put some effort into being a customer service rep. This is the perfect example of employees not being properly trained to deal with the public and a system that does not work. So I was told to leave his store and lost out in 80 bucks because they have a system that only works for them. There is no customer service at this store at all Ill be going to ORileys from now on

Honestly, if it wasnt for the discounts available online I would not shop at this store. Ive been in here several times and it seems that if you order parts online and pick them up in the store they want nothing to do with you. If you have questions too bad. If you want to know about a rebate too bad. The only information theyre willing to give us their opinion which is like a rump hole everybody has one and they all stink. Of course they think theres does not stink. I will say forevermore this store will be skipped and I will drive out of my way to go to another. I recommend you do the same.
