We just had a great experience here. We tried to go elsewhere first but the small business wasnt open so we went to the mall to get new wheels, hardware, trucks and bearings for my nine year olds new deck he ordered online with his Christmas money. Im not sure of the guys name but he was very attentive to my son and showed him how to build it and was overall a good guy and salesperson. He knew what he was doing and instead of just buying what we needed we bought a new deck and some new shoes. I was intimidated by he other bad review, but it wasnt true. The guy knew exactly what he was doing. Overall a great experience.

Went there for shoes. An associate went to see if they had them in the right size. He never came back, we went to the back of the store and found him eating taco bell. He noticed us and stopped eating his burrito long enough to say they didnt have the right size in either shoe we were looking at. WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will NEVER set foot in that store again. I sincerely hope they go out of business. Or drastically change their staff and quit catering to the posers who want the skateboarding image but dont actually skateboard.

They dont know anything about skateboarding. They dont sponsor local kids and they are not giving back to the local skate community. not to mention they are at a mall where you cant bring a board into... not sure how they sale completes.
