When I explained my project to the woman at the cutting counter, she reminded me of the different dimensions of the fabric. When I told her I was aware and would be compensating for that, she gave me a nasty look, as if I were stupid, crazy, and would be making a huge mistake. Just take my money and stop judging me because Im doing a project you obviously dont understand. I was severely disappointed with the customer service this time.

JoAnns has the worst customer service of any fabric shop I have ever been in. I waited 10mins at he fabric counter and never got help. There was a worker behind the counter that was to busy on the phone to help anyone.

Ive always had excellent service at Jo-Ann. Ive been to many Jo-Ann stores and the one in Springfield is the nicest yet. Very friendly staff and always willing to help.

Go to Hancock, FM or the fabric outlet. This Joann store is in desperate need of a new manager but the corporate office does not seem to care.
