Oh Sugar Beauty

Its really too bad I need to shop here for my personal business, the ONLY reason this review gets stars is because of the great deals and selection of fabric. Every now and then I run into a familiar face at the cutting counter that strikes convo with me but most of the time the people working seems super irritable. Bless your soul if you ask an associate for help outside of their project or area. And I cant tell you how many times Ive asked for assistance regarding fabric or sewing and the employee either makes up nonsense or just has no idea. I would assume the employees do not enjoy working there but that isnt their fault, its the company that employs them. Hopefully, one day Joanns offers an awesome workplace environment and it in turn provides happier associates...? Just a shot in the dark. I ALWAYS see if I can find what I need else where but usually it comes down to timing which a trip to the brick and mortar is mandatory.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER! My daughter went with her aunt to get some supplies for something she wanted to do .. her aunt let her use a coupons she had & the clerk refused it because my sister was using it on her own transaction! When she talk to the manager .. she was rude & unhelpful & didnt care how my daughter was discriminated against just for her age!! My sister is there one of there biggest customer .. going there for everything! I hope that corporate truly cares enough about their customers to do something about this ... despite there age or race! NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! IF ANY!!!

My son cut himself on a rotary tool tossed carelessly into a sloppy mess on a shelf first thing they did was repeatedly tell me so he was playing with it my response was I could have easily done the same thing the cutting edge should have been covered not only to protect people from hurting themselves but it could dull the blade so it doesnt cut well or cut other items on the shelf they were lucky it wasnt worse

Employees are extremely rude, I have never enjoyed shopping at this location. Other locations seem better, but not great either. Ive had to talk to managers about a return and they were just as jaded as their employees. It seems a bad attitude spreads through everyone there. I will be driving out my way just to not shop at this Joann Fabrics.

I am new to this sewing business. I am taking classes at this Joann location and I am very happy with all of the assistance I have received from all of the employees. They have gone out of their way to help me get the things I needed. It is too bad the Husqvarna Viking part had to close. I really miss those people.

My Grandmother goes to this JoAnn Fabrics all the time. Everyone there is extremely nice, friendly and pleasant. They help her when she needs it. It is nice to know that there are places for people to go and get wonderful customer service. Thanks for taking care of my grandmother!

Only one cashier at service desk so shes trying to check people out and answer the phone so that was lame. Then she didnt even offer any cohpons like they do at Michaels. My vote is for Michaels for customer service although JoAnn has better and more varied selection of stock.

I wrote a review but apparently google didnt post it. I called this store looking for an item and asked for the manager. The manager couldnt find the item. I said Are you sure? And it said yeah with an attitude. Employees here are rude and incompetent.

pretty good deals and they have just about everything. however its usually pretty trashed in there and the staff is always rude to me. I always get yelled at for standing in the wrong spot for the weird line. so it could be better.

The gentleman at the cut counter was nice and diligent. The woman ringing up and management turned a simple transaction into a 20 minute circus which ended in me leaving without my 20+ yard purchase. This location is awful.

It is very organized and the employees are courteous and helpful! I also love the fact that I can bring my own sewing machine to the sewing basics class & learn about how to use My machine properly.

My wife seems to like this store, but I do notice that she has a hard time finding things sometimes. Apart from this the staff is friendly, but can be slow specially at checkout.

Great selection. Clean. I could spend hours here. The upholstery section is a bonus. Less emphasis on artsy crafts. A nice selection of Wilton cake decorating equipment too.

The store is huge. In addition to a huge fabric selection, they have rows of home and holiday decor. They dont seem to have many staff on the floor to help you though.

This is the typical Jo-Ann store. The thing that makes this an outstanding store is the employees. They seem to retain the same employees which means theyre happy.

Went in Black Sunday at 7:00 pm. Still had inventory, low prices, coupons, But no lines. Staff was now knowledgable and I was home by 7:30.

Cutting table has limited staff.. 20 people waiting in line....at serving 1 person every 15 minutes, wait time will be 5 hours

Helpful staff and you can always find coupons. Kind of annoying that you have to use them to get decent prices
