I rarely ever write reviews, and this is the FIRST negative review Ive ever written. I have been a BIG shopper at Hobby Lobby for over a decade but after tonights events I doubt Ill ever go back. Earlier this evening me, my son, and my mom were shopping in the Conway, AR Hobby Lobby store. As we were browsing we noticed a man following us from isle to isle - staring directly at us and grinning. After being followed to 3 or 4 isles we asked the man to give us space and moved to the next isle. He still followed, always getting closer and closer - still staring and grinning (NOT a friendly grin). Angrily, I told him to leave us alone. He replied by shouting profanity and threatening us (while I was holding my 7 month old baby). We turned and left quickly and reported what had happened to a nearby manager. As I was explaining my story a couple of other shoppers stepped in and mentioned that this man had been harassing and scaring them as well. We made our way to the front of the store to check out and as we were approaching the register the manager found us to let us know that the man who had threatened us was still in the rear of the store "shopping" and that as long as we stayed at the front of the store we should be safe. Hobby Lobby refused to ask the man to leave and they refused to call the cops or take any action at all. This is UNACCEPTABLE to me. I dont feel me (or ANY customer) should have to avoid certain areas of the store for fear of a dangerous individual who is being allowed to continue to harass shoppers. I SINCERELY hope that Hobby Lobby will reconsider their policy on handling situations like this but until they do I will find somewhere else to shop.

The store is neat and organized, but the variety of items available leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, its one of the only places in town to buy fabric. Store employees were somewhat kurt and not very helpful. I will probably just make the drive to Little Rock or order online next time.

Love this place! Its huge and pretty much as everything I need! Although, sometimes its hard to find an employee to help. I had to help another customer find something she was looking for. Neither of us had no idea where it was. There wasnt an employee in sight.

Always a wonderful store. Its pretty much the only source for fabric in my town, which is disappointing if I want to make more than quilts. With so many people in and out of this store, its difficult for them to keep it clean. Overall, pleased.

Big store but in a run down area. I have shopped in the Conway area for over 20 years and this area would scare away a new comer to the area. However, the store itself is stocked full, year round. It is a crafters dream.
