I have never had a problem with any Michaels store. I went to this store today and was trying to use my 50% off coupon and the cashier -Tyler- was extremely rude and abrasive. I guess there is a rule to only use one coupon per person per day. I have never had a problem at any other Michaels with this rule. He very rudely while informing me of the rule and he informed me that anyone who had ever done it any other way will be looked at fired. We ended up not buying anything and leaving the store empty handed-- which is very unlike me.

I only shop here when I get a coupon for 20% off my entire order ;P I have saved lots of money here and enjoy making crafts with the supplies I buy. I usually dont let employees make businesses look bad because they can be fired any day, but my first time there one of the cashiers told me that everything my friend and I bought was worthless and a waste of time. That was mean. Not going to ruin me though. Thankfully I havent seen that kid there since.

Like any other Michaels, but their service is horrible. Very rarely do I get asked if I need anything, but when I do ask for help they act like I am interrupting their work unnecessarily. There are never enough cashiers so the checkout process takes too long. I now drive to another town to get craft supplies.

I met a lady there today 12/3/16 she was amazing! ! I was the long blond curly lady 50 ish . You helped me with christmas wine bottle craft! I hugged you cause you were sooo helpful! I will never forget you! You made my day ! Thank you and Merry Christmas!
