Amazing staff . I love Michaels as it is but when u add great staff the experience is 110% better!! Drove from Jacksonville to get something that I could have gotten at Walmart but love the way the staff treats customers

The employees are rude, the customer service is horrible. . 3 employees walked passed me never asked if I needed help or anything. I will never EVER return tof this location.
