If I could post lower HELL I WOULD. There has only been a few times out of many that I have gone in here lately to get help and Yep completely failure. Me and my family run a crafting business and for starters the Customer Sevierville is loyal by which a Store Manager that appeared to have a British accent was rude to myself and my family as a whole. 1st he began to complain on the floor about problems they had with moving merchandise which, is non sense while myself and other ladies are waiting at check out for over 10 minutes. 2nd he approach the counter then complaining about staff that didnt do this and that I dont know how they do things in Britain but ya take YOUR ASS HOME. 3rd this is America you take care of your people and show great customer service epically when a couple like myself and wife have ben in customer service combined for more than 30 years Combined. 4th all and do appologize for my remarks nut this place is pathetic and ridiculous nonsense in having and keeping people and by far Joanns is crap your better off going to a hobo down the street and buying yarn and crafts from his or her cardboard box house that says Free Market Enterprises. Yeah I went there this location and several locations as a whole a garbage and pathetic folks dont waste your time and if you go in here ask to speak to the White Gentleman that works there he is the only person there knowledgeable and worth helping as a employee. To be honest Joanns as a company is better off selling their stoke and business to the Dollar Tree and Kmart by which fails every time because the only thing separating them is Yarn and a Few Crafts heck it Is all made in China.

Typical fabric and craft store, but the level of service is horrible. The employees act as if they cant see toy looking desperately for something and you have to STALK someone for help. And dont get fabric cut... youll be there forever waiting.

Definitely disgusted after my visit today they decided to have a chocolate stand and at the back of it they have chocolate covered strawberry melts thats black and is called "negro"
