The store itself is great - clean, good variety, well-organized. Very disappointed in the staff that cuts fabric - flippant, not helpful and disrespectful, especially a younger employee named Jessica. On two separate occasions, she rudely answered customers questions, and, one time, I observed her talking disparagingly to another staff about a customer behind their back, because they were have a hard time deciding what to buy. I moved here from a town that had another Jo-Ann Fabric store, and it was my favorite place for fabric and crafts. Ive just started visiting this store, and I hope Jessica can be trained to be more respectful to others. I must add that the staff where you check out - one younger, one more "mature" :) were both very helpful and polite.

This is the most amazing store Ive ever seen! They have a nice selection and are willing to help you look up and or find exactly what youre looking for! They let you use multiple coupons at once. Ive returned items there (because I ended up with more than I needed) with no problems. They are always very friendly, clean sore & nice selection. If I could shop there every day I would. I do think it takes a long time to get through the lines there at the check out, but thats because theyre SO amazing with letting us use multiple coupons! Who doesnt want to spend a long time at Joanns anyway?!?!

The are very limited on staff and the ones they do have are very busy. There are only five checkout spots and i have never seen more then three employees manning them at once. THE LINE IS ALWAYS VERY, VERY LONG! I only go there when i know i have at least an hour to spare. The store is always very clean and they have massive selection

Standing in line to get material cut. Half an hour wait if not more. This is like the third or fourth time in last 6 weeks. Need more cutting stations and employees. Granted only fabric store in area but this is ridiculous. Store needs major help. Staff somewhat friendly. Give me back Hancock fabric.

Can be a long wait during peak hours, but staff very helpful and friendly, extremely knowledgeable about products and substitute products for things they dont carry... but they carry quite a bit. Great selection, awesome discounts, just plan to have a little time before coming in.

The sale signs were very misleading, the coupons didnt work for the items the clerks said they would, and the clerk at the checkout was argumentative about the measuring clerks statements.

BEWARE....Make sure all discounts are applied. Many errors at this store. Review your receipt before you leave the register....Many mistakes...
