Good store for those beginning in arts due to its variety of media. Its a national chain and partners with Utrecht, both of which will special-order for you and have a preferred customer card. Convenient location, though a strange parking lot. Not as good for those established in their craft and looking for higher volumes or pricier brands of things like screen printing ink or hand made paper, on which the prices also seem to be higher than local competitors.

Simply asked for a lacquer based paint, and was pointed to oil base paint. So appropriately I politely informed the sales staff that I was looking for a Nitrocellulose paint not oil base and she was immediately offended, and then refused to ring me up. Super unprofessional! Wish I could give 0 stars but after she left a seperate sales person was very polite and helped me to find what I needed.
