The service there is HORRENDOUS! I have never custom framed a thing in my life and was looking for help with my wedding photos..the lady at the framing desk was unbelievably rude and actually yelled at me for not knowing what matte I wanted. She told me to go look at the other basic [non-custom] ones in the aisle. Everytime Ive asked politely for help in finding something Ive received rolled eyes for interupting their stocking or a Im with someone else right now and ignored. There is always lines the cashiers are SO SLOW. I now go out of my way to find another craft store so I dont have to go there. Would highly recommend not going there unless you know exactly what youre looking for, where to find it and dont mind paying 4 times what its worth or spending your entire evening waiting in line. Id recommend Wal-Mart over this Michaels.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I called the first time to ask about a certain product....got put on hold for a full 10 min and no help at all. Called again right after and stated how I was put on hold, and said she was sorry and was going to get help.....and then got put on hold AGAIN for another 10 min. So So So RUDE!!! Didnt get any help what so ever!!!

The service was wonderful, workers were very helpful and kind and directed me in the right direction. The stuff isnt priced too high, and the cashiers are very nice too. I love how they always give you free 40% coupons every purchase. I would highly reccomend going to Michaels if you want good quality craft items.

I live about 7 miles from Michaels, so I dont just make frequent trips. I had to look for awhile to find the teacher supplies I needed, and then I couldnt get the 15%teacher discount because, being it was a Sunday, I didnt have my school badge with me. Michaels is more expensive than I was hoping for.

This store seemed large to me but I have not visited many Michaels. The stock looked new and organized. Help was there but it can take a few minutes. Good parking and friendly people.
