I am rarely blown away by a positive customer service experience, but was here. These guys are AWESOME!!! Rode my bike in with various issues and rode out one happy Customer. The sales rep/service was fast to make the repairs needed and was very courteous. Id recommend the crew at Cycles Unlimited to anyone any day of the week. The prices are great and the inventory is top notch. I have been to every bike shop in Springfield Missouri and can say without hesitation that this is the best spot to shop in town. Great job guys and keep up the good work

I was planning on shopping all over Springfield for the best deal, but ended up at seriously the best shop in town. These guys know their stuff and have a great selection of bikes. It wasnt about selling me a bike that they wanted to sell, it was all about what bike was best for me. Jason took the time to find really find the best bike for me...seriously, dont go anywhere else. One of the best buying experiences Ive ever had.

Fantastic selection of bicycles and equipment. Eco-friendly building and there is always cool music playing. Staff members KNOW BIKES, know how to fix bikes, and are completely friendly and helpful. I go out of my way to go to this bike shop and buy stuff from CYCLES UNLIMITED. If you need a bike for yourself or your kid, GO HERE!!! :)

I bought a Cannondale from these guys weeks ago. Super friendly and helpful staff. I come in often for advice, adjustments, and general help with the bike. Besides being knowledgable, the staff is professional and genuinely happy to help. Theyve since adjusted the gear shifts, installed a cadence sensor and kickstand. Highly recommend.
