These guys are total crooks, selling old gear for high prices...they have terrible customer service, they literally have purposely terrible music that changes volumes if you try to call in to their service department, making it nearly impossible to stay on the line for the 40 plus minutes it will take to get through. The quality of their products is terrible, usually b-stock and damaged items from old inventory of other discount outlets, which is why they have so many returns and it is so difficult to get in touch with anybody. The people running it have no idea about the products they are selling and will often give terrible advice, possibly because they will try to sell any garbage item they can get their grubby hands on. I would advise buying from literally anywhere else online before giving these assholes any of your hard earned money.

This is one of the better winter outlet stores Ive visited in my life. They had really good product, which is rare at most outlets. I got a Burton iDiom jacket from 3 years ago that was around $100, where they retailed new for around $600, which is rad since the jacket technology hasnt really changed that much over the last decade, so its still Gore-Tex functional and fresh looking. I kinda knew what I was looking for, so I didnt interact with the staff, but I overheard one of the dudes being super helpful to a customer who was getting back into snowboarding after a decade break. The staff member gave smart tips and was steering the guy into the appropriate level setup, which I thought was cool.

NOTE! Do not purchase anything unless you have enough in your account to cover 2 or 3 times the original cost. We placed a large order, and my girlfriend was charged 3 TIMES. They told us it was the banks fault, however, weve read a number of other reviews from people having the same experience. Ive ordered tons of gear this year, and other random things online, and this has never happened. Wasted so much time on the phone with terrible customer service, offering no help. It took 8 days to remove the charges, unacceptable. Avoid at all costs, much better to check out other local shops or give your business to Amazon.

I love shopping here! The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. They have a nice selection of ski equipment and clothing and their prices are fair. I bought my Daughter a new pair of ski boots for Christmas, they didnt fit so we had to bring them back and exchange them, unfortunately they didnt have the same pair so the sales girl exchanged them for a pair that were a $100 more for the same price! I didnt ask, she just offered the discount. I was so impressed, THAT is good customer service!

This place is awful. I have been trying to get ahold of customer service for almost a month now and am always placed on hold for at least 20 minutes. They dont respond to emails either. I ordered a coat from The House after talking to one of their online reps told me that I would receive it before the day I left for my trip so I paid the $55 to have it overnighted and didnt get it when they said and they wont pay for the return shipping. Terrible company. Take your business elsewhere.
