My girlfriend and I went to this petco and originally bought a doggie matt and stairs for our papillon that was injured. He never ended up using either so after about a month we went to go return the two items. A young cashier girl handled our return but instead had no idea in the world what she was doing and charged us instead for our "returns." Now were in the hole over $250.00. We even noticed at the store that the receipts clearly looked like charges and brought this to her attention. She told us confidently that they appeared as charges but are in actuality returns. EDIT!!!!!!!!!!! Went back to the store earlier today and a very skilled sales associate took care of the original mistake in under 5 minutes with zero questions asked! She also threw in some coupons for the trouble. I am incredibly impressed!

Recently after my dog died, I down sized to a gecko as a small pet due to the fact in the near future ill be moving a few times and is easier to transport. A few days into owning my gecko I noticed he wasnt eating drinking and I consistently called the store for advice. Then at one point i noticed him laying on his side and rushed him to the store, immediately the manager and 3 employees rushed over put him under some heat and figured out that he was to young to molt and his skin had turned into a shell that prevented him from moving, eating, etc. They took their time, especially Will, to carefully help my gecko molt and get him some food and water and help me get some reptile medications for him to prevent this in the future. Amazing staff and support, Thank you Petco and thank you Will!

I highly recommend PetCo over the other big pet store nearby. I love the smaller floor plan and it is far cleaner. The staff are always friendly and I love the grooming department. I once had a problem with the groomer who didnt get it correct on my dog, and they took care of it quickly. They also gave me discounted cut the next visit. That was amazing! The go the extra mile to please! I highly recommend Andrea for your grooming needs, she is the best and my dog Oscar loves her!

I love shopping here. The staff is so friendly. The new parent coupon book was amazing. The staff helpful and greets me and Zoey with a great Hello! She also attends doggy classes here and loves going. Grooming is the best because I took her to PetSmart and paid $25 just to tell me they couldnt do anything because she cried. I took her to PetCo and I got her back with everything I asked for done.

Layout is great; wider aisles and lighting is brighter. Id rather visit this store than Petsmart. Much cleaner and staff helped me find a food for my dogs sensitivity to chicken. My dog loved the attention too. They even have a play area for dogs; there were two pups playing when we were there and my dog loved it.

I love petco. You walk in and there is such a warm feeling. Almost always, there is a friendly staff member around just about every corner to come greet you and your furry friend and answer any questions you may have. And of course the best part is coming in to see all the critters having a good time.

They dont sell 35¢ fish to people under 18 its just a fish and they wont sell it to you if your under 18. This is outrageous and they need to change this rule because I traveled on a train to go here for a fish and whoops they dont sell to you because your under 18.
