I walked in with my daughter yesterday, there were two employees at the register talking away, just said hi to us.. Didnt ask us if we needed anything.. I had to walk back up front to have one of them get us two fish.. One of them didnt last, so I had to bring the one back.. The guy that helped me today, was very rude.. I didnt want to sign up for the rewards, and he just did anyways b.c I dont shop at pet smart very often... He refunded me for the fish , and I asked him I wanted to get another one.. Told him which one I wanted and he argued with me bout not another Cole looking fish in the tank.. Then just told him then give me the one thats the brighter orange fish.. He got smart bout it.. Needless to say not happy bout the customer service..

I had my Precious groomed for the first time today. She is an 8 year-old Yorkie that was rescued. She is a sweet girl. Her appointment was with Jesse. I felt very comfortable leaving her with Jess after we went over everything that was to be done. When she called to tell me Precious was all finished, I went to pick her up and omg she looked wonderful!! Jess did such a great job listening to what I wanted. I will be taking her back and I will be requesting Jesse anytime I make her an appointment. Thank you for doing such an excellent job and making her look beautiful!

Great place with a knowledgeable, friendly staff. Abundant choices and a well stocked inventory of many high quality pet food brands along with most of the name brand middle of the road less expensive brands found anywhere else. You can buy many items cheaper here than at most discount stores by making your purchases during their regular sales intervals and then if you saved your last sales receipt it usually has at least one coupon for $5 off your next in store purchase.

Very clean, decent size location. Staff seems fairly knowledgeable with what I had asked. While they have a large selection of dog food, they were limited in the brand/kind (Royal Canin is specifically for certain breeds. They had adult food for my breed, but not the puppy version of the same brand) I was interested in... But very friendly and helpful staff!

This isnt a full Petsmart. Fish are the only live animals they have. They have food and other care products for all animals though, but not as much as a regular Petsmart. As for feeders, they have some mice and crickets, but no mealworms or supers. If you have a dog, grooming here is quite expensive. Besides all that, the staff is extremely nice and helpful.

Only short of 5 stars because of the size. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. They lack some of the items Ive come to expect at a petsmart but that is likely just because its so small.

This is our preferred location. The manager Tim is great and always takes care of us even ordering more of a particular type of cat food so we dont have to go to another location.
