I have been shopping at the same place for my birds food and toys for the past 6 years. I have bought 3 birds, 3 cages, and spend 20-50$ there every month those 6 years. Today I was kicked out and threatened with police because I gave my personal experiences with birds to another customer. I have been around birds my whole life and I said that smoking around birds can kill them. Apparently the owner Dave cares more about the money than the birds because he said smoking is okay. Anyone whos owned birds knows that is a big no! I was about to spend 50$ today on my bird and was met with extreme rudeness and ignorance. I was told that every time I come in, I am nutty. I didnt know that spending all that money there was nutty.

Been going to this place for a while now and went there to get some food but I guess if you dont spend a lot of money there youre treated like trash the grey hair man I dont know his name but came running out to my car and told me not to come back there and cussed me out literally calling me every name in the book unbelievable. The lady is always very very nice. So sorry u have to put up with his terrible attitude all that name calling. Didnt need to happen and believe me I wont be back and Ill be sure to tell anybody else not to go there. Good luck Trump

Ive gotten my two cockatiels from here and the experience was great! The staff are always friendly and helpful with vast knowledge of all kinds of birds! I was a first time bird owner and they were there every step to help and guide me to be a great bird parent. They have a huge selection of toys, cages, foods and perches so its not hard to find things for all your birds! I highly recommend this store for those wanting to get a bird and those who already have birds of their own!

I called looking for a particular bird cage and was told they were out of stock. I asked if they had a picture I could look at before ordering and she said no. I then asked what I should do to get a look at it before buying and she said she doesnt have access to it. I then asked again what I should do. We went around and around about how she has no access. I found her unhelpful, rude, and making excuses.

The people who work here are so helpful. They are more than happy to answer your avian questions, be them elementary or complex. Pellet/seed quality/prices are way better than the big-box pet stores...and you only buy what you need! Affordable cages, a cute selection of toys/perches/stands, a plethora of treats...I will be a life-long customer.

A bird owners paradise! They have everything I could want, including a huge cage I bought for my parakeets to fly around in. I also came away with food, toys, perches, mirrors and lots more. The employees were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They spent a lot of time making sure I got just what would be best for my birds.

Everyone is so nice and they have what I need. If they dont they try to get it or come up with other solutions. The staff has answered all the questions I have had with no problems. Its a great atmosphere. If you have a bird or just like them and want one this is the place to go.

Owner and staff are very helpful. All the birds are very well cared for. And the assortment of toys and products are amazing. I highly recommend this store. Dave the owner and Tarrah are the best!!!! They have a open area to go in and interact with the birds.

Very cool place? A hidden gem! The staff are totally helpful and they have an enormous selection of cages in every shape and size! We found a couple of beautiful little parakeets to bring home with us!
