The store itself was clean and well let but prices are... Well Ill just have to put it this way... If your going to this place for a specialty type of food or something along those lines then OK I can absolutely understand that! But I was absolutely in complete shock when the friend I had gave a ride up to this store grabbed the smallest bag of cat food made by Purina One..I could not believe how outrageous the prises were on all of these things!!! I suggest hittin up the nearest Walmart. OH hey btw!! you will actually have a bigger selection of types of flavors, brands, and sizes! And the absolute smallest bag should not cost u even close to the way overpriced PetSmart 15$ smallest size Purina one bag of food Good luck out there and hey heres a bit of good advice!! JUST BECAUSE its a pet store DOES NOT automatically mean that the same exact thing is not just as good else where...lets specify a bit, the reason Id choose your local Walmart is because their constantly restocking their shelves so really thanks to the massive difference between between each stores customer count on a daily even weekly basis if you think about it Walmart may actually offer u an even fresher bag of food for the little kitty or puppy /dog youve got at home!! Just a thought.. And kinda an educated guess.. Hopefully my logic helps XxL0v3lYxX

We bring our Yorkie there frequently for grooming. We specifically asked them not to cut the hair on his ears or face. My fiance even pointed at a different yorkie and said "NOT LIKE THAT". Four times we said just a small trim, bath and nails Dremel(sp?). When I picked him up they cut ALL OF HIS HAIR OFF! It doesnt even look like my dog. I look at the girl and say "excuse me was Charlie very matted or something?" And she said not at all why? And I Said Look At My dog! He doesnt even look like the same dog I brought here. Also his nails had not been filed and were VERY sharp from how they trimmed him. Then when I picked him up hair got ALL over me and down my shirt. They didnt even wash him after cutting all of his hair off! I was so disappointed. I cried when I got home. We called 2 times and asked to speak to a manager. We were never put on with one. They said someone would call us back, NO ONE ever did. We will NEVER be back to the BRIDGETON petsmart due to the COMPLETE LACK of communication and customer care we recieved. Ive included a before and 1 week grow out picture for reference. The ears say everything.

The ladies that work in the Grooming Salon are just plain rude. The worst kind of people! Took my 6lb Pom there twice and both times they yelled at me because his coat was too thick. Made an appt for a third time (why, I have no idea) and when i came in, they refused to see my dog because I had not waited the full 48 hours after vaccinations (was short by like 4 hours). I told the lady that I informed the staff of this when I made the appt, and someone even called my vet to get the records, however She just looked at me and said "Sorry I was not here when that happened so Its not my problem". Like I said, The worst kind of people! Its no shocker that she cuts dogs hair for a living! Obviously thats the last time they will see me.

Grooming Dept Thumbs down!!! I called & made an appt for my dog on may 29th for 3pm for Sunday June 1st. even had the # i called saved in my phone, Brought my dog in @2:50 & was told they didnt have me down for an appt!!! Just to double check that i didnt make a mistake checked my contacts in my phone & low & behold i didnt make a mistake!!! anyone who makes an appt at this petsmart better get the name of the person you speak to or you could end up like we did with no appt!!!! Shitty customer service in the grooming dept!!!!!!

I frequent this Petsmart biweekly. The staff is always friendly. I needed a cone for my dog and it was almost closing time. I called to check if they had them in stock. The man who answered said he would have a variety to choose from at the counter when I got there. I was so impressed by how helpful he was and super grateful that they let me in when there was 1 minute until closing and they werent even rude about it!

Be prepared to wait a bit for fish help, but other than that, Ive always had good experiences here. We buy all our supplies for our: dog, cat, frog, turtle, and fish here. We use the grooming salon for our lab mix every 6-8 weeks and they do great work. You can tell they love the animals they care for. Ive never been looking for pet supplies and been disappointed here.

They had everything we needed for Charlie the Beagle customer service is excellent they were able to give me what I needed to keep Charlie healthy Charlie is my traveling companion he is my beagle hes my buddy PetSmart has what he needs to get by customer service is awesome very friendly people here this is a great store I like it

I recently came in and called twice to get my cat groomed and both times they were downright rude to me both in the store and on the phone. It takes two seconds to get nails trimmed and they were too interested in themselves and talking to have time for me. Will be coming back to shop but NEVER going back to the grooming dept.

The store is clean and the staff is friendly and they seem to enjoy the dogs brought in. Though I never used it they do have vet service here and dog grooming. There prices are about equal to Petco. They do carry a large variety of foods and toys for cats and dogs. They also have a cat adoption center here.

AMAZING!! The salon is WONDERFUL, I dont know what the other reviewers are talking about but I use this salon all the time because its just the best place to take your dog. The ladies are so professional and knowledgable. Clean, fast, easy...everything you could want in a salon. Love it.

Grooming I have a large breed long hair dog that was in need of a shed x and bath. The staff did a great job and it only took a couple hours. Not as other places where my dog has to stay there all day.. He is so soft and looks awesome.. Thanks Petsmart grooming staff

Always love everything about PetSmart, and this location is my absolute favorite. Even though I have to pass multiple other locations to get to this one since I moved, I am very happy to drive all the way here, especially for the grooming services and Banfield Pet Hospital.

Appt made for 10 am on thursday. Drove in from benton ill just to find out they made the app for friday. Then I was told I could do express for 15 dollars more. And then they could not deliver speedy time either. Last time I take my dog here. They just dont care
