Ive always gone to this Petco and Ive never had any problems with anything. Today unfortunately I went in to look at a certain product and I was shamed by an employee named Lauren. She interrupted me when I told her I have a certified dog trainer helping me train my German Shepherd. Not only did she make me feel like a bad dog owner she wouldnt take my obvious un-interest in the product she was trying to sell for an answer. Everyone has their own opinion about everything when it comes down to how we take care of our family members. Dont let them make you feel bad for not buying a certain product just because they say its the only way! So unprofessional! l will never go back to this Petco.

I went in hoping to get some bettas for breeding purposes. What I found was DISGUSTING! Their water was filthy with feces and debris, some of the cups had algae and mildew growing in them! These people obviously dont care about the animals they keep and I will be reporting this to the health department.

The reptiles are well taken care of here. I doubted the big chain stores quality, but their staff was knowledgeable and kept a well rounded diet of fresh food for them. The cages were clean and the animals looked healthy. I bought a juvenile bearded dragon yesterday and am pleased with how active he is.

This is the Petco I use all the time and Ive never had a problem shopping here, great selection of dog food and treats. Knowledgeable staff member helped my diagnose my dogs rash.
