I was just in the store on Manchester Rd. In Ellisville Missouri to buy a quick box of loose activated carbon for my aquarium and I found exactly what I was looking for and several different options. I love their aquatic section selection, BUT I do have one complaint. While I was there I also looked at the fish, as I love to do at pet stores, and I was greatly displeased at the aquarium accomadations. There were very large plecos in roughly 10 gallon tanks with no swim room. One tank even had two with other small fish and decor making it extremely crowded and unhealthy for the fish which, as expected thrashed quickly and ran into the glass, the decor, and the other pleco. Ive also come in and seen the aquariums extremely grown over with Algea. Now I understand that the store has to work with the layout they have so Im just suggesting better planing on the part of stocking the tanks. I avidly love aquatic life and it just really hurts me to see fish all bottled up like that. I hope that Pet Supply Plus sees this and just keeps this in mind next time theyre stocking fish. I worked at Petco for a while as the aquatic specialist and completely understand when this stuff is more in higher managements control, but I just wanted to speak up and make a third party suggestion. Im not angry, just sad to see how theyre being kept currently. Great store, great selection, friendly and helpful staff, just one small suggestion.

I must admit that the employees at this store are very helpful. They will walk you through everything, show you different options and also give you a great experience. I only have one problem. Pricing. Now, I understand that at places where employee are pretty much your personal shoppers, you are expected to pay more and I am okay with that but look at the price differences here: Leesh Pet Supplies Plus - around $15 Walmart - around $8 (Same Quality) Dollar Tree - $1 (Exact same quality leesh) Neck Collar (small dog) Pet Supplies Plus - $7.50 Walmart - $1.50 Dollar Tree - $1 (Once again, Exact same quality) You are a Pet store. You should have the Best prices, Period!

Really helpful & thoughtful employees - I went today to buy a bag of the regular dog food I always get, and they were out of stock, usually they arent out of stock. The employee (Tyler I think?) told me a new shipment was coming in Monday (2 days), but he was worried I would run out of food, so he packed a large bag of free samples of that specific dog food for me to bring back to my dogs so I wouldnt run out before Monday. Thanks so much! I really appreciate it.

I worked here when in high school and absolutely loved it. The owners are very nice and fair to their employees. We were always trained that customer service was their number one priority no matter what and I still see that today when I go into the store. The people who work there are very helpful and if they cannot answer your question, they will find out for you. I wouldnt shop anywhere else for my pets supplies!

Pet Supplies on Manchester Road in Rock Hill is great! Excellent prices. Really large crickets for my daughters lizard. They are one of the few stores that I take advantage of their coupon program since it really pays off. Love the people who work there -- very nice, very helpful. They have everything I need for the cat, the dogs and the lizard. No confusion. Just a great store.

Absolutely the best pet store in the area. The people who work there are very knowledgeable and always have the information that you need in order to make good decisions for your pet. The pricing policy is exceptional and the savings can be achieved for seniors or Veterans, aside from the typical sale prices. I would recommend Pet Supplies Plus to everyone.

This place has the nicest and knowledge able workers. They always ask if I need help carrying out my dog food and placing it in my car. Also they do have free samples of some of the dog foods so you can let your pet try it out first. I ask for some each time I make a purchase so I can use the small bags for long day or night trips with the dog.

My favorite place for my dogs and cats needs! Store layout is easy to navigate, things are nicely displayed, its always clean and they have everything I need for my pets in one place. My dog loves to go with me to pick out his food and treats. The store employees are always friendly and helpful. If you need any pet items - check this store out!

Best customer service of any pet store Ive ever been to. They help you with product selection and you never wait in line because someone else immediately comes to open another if youre waiting. Also, prices are cheaper than chains abd they offer military discounts!

Store has wide variety and very good prices. I went looking for supplies and hardware for a saltwater tank. I bought a filter for $30 less than petco or petsmart. It was the exact same product too!

Its really nice place, lots of great selections for my dog. However, it is a bit pricey. Im used to paying $35 for Diamond Naturals Grain-Free elsewhere, and its $41.99 here.
