Went and returned an item that I purchased through my Debit Card (NOT credit). I asked the girl how long it would be until it was credited back to my account. She said "Immediately". It is 10 hours later, and still, nothing is there. Then when I called the store, I was informed that I could have gotten cash back, but the girl I dealt with didnt even offer it to me. This is really inconsiderate, and even more inconvenient. You have your product back, but yet I do not have my money? And was not offered to get my cash back, so now it is too late? You need to train your employees a little better than that. Does that mean I can come and get the product and return it when my money is returned? No, that is ridiculous. But so is not refunding as soon as you get your product back.

I had a bad experience here. The cashier rudely outwardly flirted with my husband. She ignored a woman trying to get waited on to cont. To conversate with my husband and he said, you can get her and she says "are you sure". Says she loves dogs raises them, goes out of her way when we ck out to show him HER dog on her phone, then says "you should bring your puppy into show me when u get him". (As we were looking at puppy stuff while our dog got groomed) ignoring me. Then I go back to get OUR dog, take my daughter and she doesnt say two words or acknowledge my dog "she loves dogs". And is very sterile. SERIOUSLY? That is not professional and I will not take my dog back. I couldnt even look at things without her randomly popping up trying to intrude to talk to him.

I was shopping for fish. We was looking for someone for help. Saw two young girls a one guy was helping someone else. The girl name was Ashley n I think she was training a other. We got two fish out. N she give me a lot of info. On that fish. How big it was going to get n how we need to keep the water for the fish.
