I went in with a pair of shoes that I had bought for my husband months ago. I explained that they did not fit my husband and he had not told me. I was sure the time was way past the time for their return policy. The gentleman that waited on me was very friendly and allowed me to exchange the shoes for a different pair. That was a great way for them to please the customer. I will definitely be shopping there again.

Horrible service. Everyone that works here seems miserable and condescending. Went in to return my moms shoes because they hurt her, she didnt wear them but for maybe 20 minutes... she is disabled and learning how to walk again but when that was explained the man seemed more rude after. Theres better places for shoes pretty much the same cost and they treat people like humans.

bought real nice shoes for my son then they had a sale all of a sudden couldnt pass it up bought a pair for hubby NB cut back to 39.00 cant beat that for new balance at all the nikes also but he likes the comfort of NB
