I visited famous footwear two days, on the first day, we bought our daughter a pair of shoes and work shoes for myself. The service was great, the salesperson was very friendly and helpful. The second day, I came in to get my husband an expensive pair of shoes he had been trying on the day before. The salesman was a young girl who was ignoring me while I was waiting at the front counter with the shoes. She saw me a few times but kept walking around looking like she was trying to find something to do. The phone rang so she came up and answered and was talking and laughing, definetly someone she knew. She talked for so long, then finally checked out the shoes. Great store, lousy employee lol.

Not that its this specific stores fault.. but I ordered from their warehouse from this store. The shoes came in exactly a weeks time, however they were the wrong style.. and of course they were very popular shoes so they couldnt be re-ordered because they were out of stock. So now Im driving all the way to another location 30+ min away to pick up the same shoes in the right style that should have originally been shipped to my home. Not a happy customer. I understand its not this stores fault. But I highly suggest maybe having a talk with your warehouse workers/managers to make sure correct shoes are being shipped properly.
