I just love DSW as a company anyway but, I had a shoe break after a few months of wear and wanted to see how it was handled. I bought them in a completely different state. They returned it, no fuss, and since they no longer had that particular shoe in stock, I was given a gift card. The staff was really, really friendly and the store was well stocked and clear of clutter.

This is a national brand that offers competitive pricing to online alternatives. Personally, I value the option of trying on the shoes in-person Im not hassling with returns through the mail. Ive bought several pairs of shoes here, including pairs that were out of stock in my size (the stock per shoe style can be limited).

It can be a bit hard to find the shoes one needs. There seems to be a bit of disarray in the organization. Usually the stores has a good amount of variety. Update 5/2017: Variety has gone down in the mens area. Havent been able to find my size a few times in the last month.

In my opinion, the shoes here are the same quality as walmart, but 2 or 3 times the price. Some shoes here are higher quality, but the majority had hardly any support. Very cute shoes, but not very functional. And high prices.

I love love love shoes and this is one of my favorite stops. Many cute styles and its awesome how they have special stickers on their size 11 shoes, which makes it easier for me to find my size!

This is a well organized dsw. The clearance section is usually pretty good. There is plenty of staff and they are helpful when you need them and will leave you be otherwise.
