Went to purchase Nike shoes for son wearing a size 3.5. Sign said one price. There was a $20 up charge for getting a 1/2 size larger. There was not sign that indicated it and we werent told until it was wrong up for the $20 more price. Went a bought the same shoes at a different store. It would have been fine if the signage was there or the shoes were in a different section. Learning opportunity for Famous Footwear. Likely wont be back.

Terrible experience!. I went into look around at the shoes. I was asked what I was looking for, I said " nothing really just looking. I proceeded to look around a little more. I was told by a employee as I was leaving " usually you come into look for something. I felt she was very rude!. Im shouldnt have to buy something every time I walk into your store.
