The two sales associates who assisted me definitely need more training. One associated handed me my shoes in just a box, no store bag. When I asked for a bag for my purchased items, the second associated told me "this isnt a mall, youre just going out to your car so most people dont need bags". Ive never been to a store that didnt put your merchandise in a store bag. That associate does not meet the DSW standard. Perhaps she should work at Payless.

Everything I saw was very expensive. I went in with a friend of mine who had a pair of shoes, for 1 day and they fell apart. They checkout/return line took a long time. I walked around some, it looked like there were a lot of different types of shoes.

Theyve got a good selection. Ive also seen & bought things u wouldnt see at your typical shoe store like jewelry, pill box, shaws,wraps,cool wallets & wristlet etc. Never had a problem with a return either.

for a girl just trying to find shoes for a school dance the prices are really adding up. yes the selection is good, but it is a struggle factor to keep in budget for a good selection
