I was told Mark is the store manager, but was not at store yesterday. Experienced very bad customer service from a gentleman who would not provide his name. He was tall, balding and slightly overweight. I tried to engage in conversation about how hot it was in the store with no response. I spoke about lack of his customer service skills with no response. No thank you for 2 purchases amounted to $80. On a better note - young gentleman with curly hair was most helpful.

First time coming into the Shoe Department encore for tax free weekend. I had a really good experience with one the workers and I believe his name was Alex and he helped finding the exact pair of shoes I wanted. I will for sure be coming in again!
