My husband was on crutches and had to use the power chair. The store was busy but the Employees were blocking the aisles putting up can goods. When we got to where they were they just looked at us. We had to go back around where we came from and go around the other way. No apology or acknowledgement of any kind. The checker on aisle 1 was not better. She never spoke to us and to rest her elbows on the conveyor while she waited on me to put the groceries in my cart that she had bagged and while I paid. Not sure if she was tired or bored. If this is how people with disabilities are treated in your store I guess we will be finding another place to shop. The customers were more accommodating than the employees. So disappointed.

Good selection, but had a few rough experiences. Without trying to embellish: Ordered 1/4 keg of blue moon for my wedding and they wouldnt tell me a price; no big deal. I came back in to double check twice before the day I was supposed to pick up. I get there that morning and am told that I really ordered 1/2 keg. I say whatever and pay for it to come back and pick up. When I come to pick up ITS 1/6! Neither of the two other numbers I was told. The manager then disappears like magic. So I paid double for something and got less. They refunded, but I said all of this to corporate on their website and they didnt even contact me back. Great deli. Poor management overall.

I love this supermarket. I no longer live in Bilixi, but when I did, this was my Go-To market. They had a great selection of food, especially their produce, cheeses, fresh/prepared foods, ethnic foods, and high end items. They seemed to carry brands and food I have seen all over the country, which was great. I found items there that are hard to find. The staff was always polite. I miss this supermarket!

Heres what I like about Rouses: I can get in and out without waiting in line for half an hour or dealing with any drama or train wrecks. Usually very quiet here and the staff is very helpful. Maybe I could save a dollar by going to Mega Mart, but that place makes me lose faith in humanity. So I stick with Rouses.

Not so good Matthew at the Rouses on Lorraine-Cowan should not be allowed to work a register. He bruises the produce drops groceries in the bags, yawns, not covering his mouth, leans his elbows on the register and generally not personable at all.

The manager could not show me a copy of the health inspection when they received a conditional pass. The staff was very rude, it just with me, but from observing their interaction with others as well.

I like Rouses but this is the worst one Ive ever been in. The mens toilet was filthy without toilet paper. I bought a sandwich that was soggy, then I saw it was 30 hours old.
