We buy a lot of our pet products at PetSmart in Flowood. MS and do not find anything to dislike about it. We have used Bansfield Animal Hospital there for years, One thing I would suggest but I do not know how it could be done with the structure as it is,. However, I use a Mobile Scooter to move around and cannot get inside the mens bathroom without hitting the walls and almost not getting back out. The building does not have, as required, a Handicap sized bathroom. And if someone has left the baby changing table down it is a nightmare! Some of us who have walking problems and cannot leave their scooter or chair outside have a serious problem at the store. Jerry & Sherry Brandon, Mississippi

These animals and reptiles are not treated the way they are supposed to be. We went to look at a snake and they are over fed to be as young as they are and also absolutely terrified. The way these workers handle them is ridiculous they just pick them up without being careful and dont place them down gently either. I refuse to come here anymore this place has absolutely disgusted me on so many levels! Hire people who actually care about the animals and reptiles here!!!! They wont even let you get the snake out to hold it either, we asked to hold it and the man said he can put it in a box if we are buying it but other than that we cant hold it.

Super Shake

Great place to go and get things for your animals at home. Plus they have a large selection of merchandise to choose from as well for just about and breed of pet all the way down to the smallest fish and they even have trutles too. The only thing I dont like is that their prices are a bit high other than that its a great place.

As far as chain pet stores go, this particular location is among my favorite. The staff, for the most part, know and enjoy their jobs. Some of my favorite staff members have recently been moved to the I55 location, but they still have several really good people here.

Using the health plan there and paying a monthly fee but everytime we take our dogs in for shots or anything they still want more money. The health plans are not a deal in the end this will cost much more than a normal vet. lesson learned.

They dont know when the dogs are coming in, and you cant call them about the dogs because they dont have a clue what time they come in or what weekend. How are you going to have a pet store with out dogs?

Customer service is lacking. The last 3 times I have been there, the checkout person is more interested in texting on their personal phone than in interacting with customers.
