I love the huge selection, the prices and the customer service is great. You can tell that products are fresh-no thick layers of dust on items. Its laid back so I can browse as long as I like. The return policy is pretty generous too; not that Ive needed to return anything yet, but still nice to know. For the person griping about bungee leashes, I have three dogs and gave those up years ago. I will never use one again. Now I can walk all three with one hand and not get rope burn. The priveledge of taking your dog to many crowded public areas comes with the reasonable request that you limit the leash to 6. If you feel your dog needs more personal space than most humans get at a store, dont take him shopping. Go to the dog park.

I have literally never had a bad experience at any of the Mounds stores. I love their selection and their brand of dog food is wonderful! The individuals who work at Mounds are always really helpful and knowledgeable and they are so friendly with my dog. They also have an amazing return policy that is quick and painless. Their return policy, and the staff are the biggest reasons why I shop there instead of ordering online. Their prices are fairly comparable to online prices as well. My dogs favorite treat is about a dollar more expensive at Mounds but without shipping, it actually is usually about 2 dollars cheaper.

This pet store is an animal lovers dream come true. They have a very extensive variety of dog and cat items mainly. They do have some stuff for small animals and birds too. The workers are always very welcoming and willing to help. Feel free to bring in your furry friend, as they are always welcome to peruse the shelves with you. There are always deals going on, so make sure to either check online at their website for the deals of the month, or keep an eye out for the special tags in store. They have great stuff that you will have a hard time finding anywhere else.

Just found out that Mounds is far less expensive then getting same item on Amazon. Priced Wysong Dentatreat Supplement for my dog. $15 on Amazon if I order enough to get "free shipping". Checked at Mounds and found I can get the same item in the same size for $8.99. This certainly is a no brainer, plus the staff is always knowledgeable and helpful.

Im giving Mounds a 5 star review because of their Dog Power dog food. When dogs started dyeing nation wide and we learned the big dog food providers were sourcing their ingredients from China. Mounds was buying their dog food from a family run producer in MN. They have had my biz since!

A great place to find food, toys, all sort of supplies for pets. We use their housebrand dogfood, and its well received. Tons of treats, and I love that they support local animal charities. They make it easy to throw in supplies to your order too, that can go to the Humane Society.

I love my pets, and this place feeds that addiction. The store is well kept for a warehouse and the selection is great. One time had an issue with the staff sticking the exact isles I was browsing and they were in the way, but that was the only negative experience Ive had.
