If I could give a zero rating I would. Salesman and saleswoman lied to us at the point of sale. We were told our line would cost $25/month per person plus $10/month data plus taxes. We estimated taxes to be about $15/month (EXTREMELY CONSERVATIVE ESTIMATE). We asked the sales rep COUNTLESS times if this was a reasonable expectation. He said "yes." We walked through the plan several times... Our bill was supposed to be $120-$150 per month for three people. Our last bill was $191. They hid fees, lie and do whatever it takes to sell you a package. Also, to get us a "discount" on the phone, the sales rep said he would sign us up for a contract and then switch it out a couple days later. This sounded dishonest, but he said they do it all the time for newcomers to Sprint... Obviously this was a lie too. I intend to ride out this contract because switching companies would be too much of a hassle for me and the others I share a plan with. Once I leave Sprint, Ill never come back.

This location has never failed to NOT impress me. I went in and the workers were all huddled around a computer laughing together, did not greet me at all and when I approached them they told me to grab a number- there were no other customers in the store! The Sprint worker came over and I asked about buying out my upgrade because my Evo barely works and I want the iPhone, she didnt let me finish one sentence and kept cutting me off. I asked if they had any 5s in and she responded they didnt have 4s if that is what I was looking for, even though I clearly stated I wanted a 5! Then I asked if I could pay the upgrade now and come back later and she didnt let me even finish my sentence and was like Nope sorry cant let you do that. NEVER explained why or anything. So now, I am going to save my $50 and wait till March for my upgrade and I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS TO BEST BUY MOBILE which is where I originally wanted to go because they have always provided outstanding service!

The store manager, Mitch, coaxed me on two different occasions and after he knew I was on a very, very tight budget, to buy a hotspot to turn on and off for the teenager. As if I was his "date" he assured me that all was just fine and...if he said something, he was sorry....My bill was 1100 dollars in data charges alone two months later. He promised 119/month for two phones if we just financed an iPad mini. He is working for commission, not for the customers. The training of these jerks omits educating a customer on the real life problems with the devices used for business and out of necessity. This is the second bad - meaning incomplete - informational experience I have had with Sprint retail trained kids. Delicate lies. You do not need any trials they offer, especially at this store! Now EVERY four star rating you see here is simply to boost a friends ratings. One cannot even trust the conversations at the stores. Negative five stars guys. There is no balance.

My EVO 4G was not turning on and I was at my wits end trying to figure out what was wrong with it. I called Asurion (the insurance provider) and they said I would have to pay $100 for a phone, and Sprint would do nothing for me. I went in anyway. I waited for just shy of an hour (47 minutes) to be helped, and it was so worth the wait. Thomas was the guy that helped me, he knew what was wrong immediately and told me they would be exchanging it for a brand new one, free of charge, and I could come back in an hour for it. Thomas was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions (dumb as they might have been) and most importantly, he was fast! I am a business person and speediness is always appreciated, I will be sending a compliment to corporate for Thomas help today.

I had to write this because I have always had good assistance at this store and also on the phone. They have helped me with many phone questions even though I already own the phone and no money will be spent at the store. They are usually overworked and very busy. I think if you are cordial to them they will be cordial to you. Of course, there are always exceptions and I am sure that some people have had bad experiences but that happens anywhere. I believe that most people only write a review when they are angry and had bad service, so I thought I would put a good word in for the store.

Poor service everytime I come to this location compared to the White Bear ave one. The first time I came they basically told me my phone was repairable but because an insurance claim was made prior to my visit, they couldnt help me. Yesterday I come in with my damaged phone and the lady tells me they will replace my phone in store same day for free. When I come back I suddenly have water damage and have to go through asurion. The manager explains that im covered under asurion for 1 year and will receive phone for free. Asurion does no such thing! horrible service for a 10 yr customer

Was on the fence of switching carries. (With Verizon) I walked in the store was greeted by a couple smiling faces. It was a good experience, no high pressure sales. All my questions were answered, porting was easy she told me everything i would need. I worked with Jennifer S. She did a fantastic job. I will recommend her to all my business contacts. Saved me $80 a month and I got a much better plan! The whole process took less than 45 mins, got everything transferred! The entire staff there was pleasant.

worst phone service ever! DO NOT GET SPRINT!!!! I have been a customer for over 12 years spending over $300 a month on five phones, after dropping calls for several MONTHS, sprint is doing nothing in the east metro to help us out, they told me if I drive between towers I will drop call and this may take several weeks to correct...Kare 11 did a story on this problem in mid September, its is now January 6th! they did offer me a $10 credit LMAO DONE WITH SPRINT!

Extremely rude guy (928952) and not helpful at all. If I could throw my phone in the garbage and never have to visit that place again, I would! I left there and went to another Sprint store and within 5 min. they diagnosed my phone as defective and ordered a replacement due to arrive at my house in 2-3 days! I wouldnt recommend the Woodbury store to anyone......EVER!

10 out of 10! Casey M. helped me get two new iPhones for both my mother and I! He was very willing to explain all the details of the leasing contract and share the options I had when purchasing the phones- including the BOGO deal Sprint was providing in the store that week. I would highly recommend Casey if you plan on stopping into Sprints Woodbury Lakes location!

The Manager here at this store is a smart... and has zero people skills and does not know what he is doing. He yells at anyone who calls him on the phone. He was sound asleep on the job when I came into the store. Sprint Corporate headquarters needs to inspect this manager and possibly demote or terminate him. He is giving Spring a very bad image
