The management is rude and they wont listen to your concerns when you were treated very poorly and they threaten to trespass you just because you want to make a complaint about how a LOD/ETL which is the one running the store or a specific section throw the number to the corporate office at you and at the same time hit you in the hand and then cause problems and say uncalled for and very unprofessional comments toward me and my mother when we were minding our own business and shop there at least once a week... the pharmacy is horrible and doesnt double count controlled substances and the bottle is missing 20+ pills each month my mom was getting her rx filled... not a great selection of items either... they will not do a return no matter what without a receipt, many targets will do it no problem but not North Saint Paul Target... very disappointed in how this store is run and how childish the management is and threatens to trespass you for a complaint or concern you have...

I wouldnt even give this store a one star. Dont waste your time going to this target. Worse customer service ever. At their customer service desk, there is a HUGE POSTER that even says they want their customers to be satisfy. But nope. Didnt satisfy me. Their employees have a LOT of attitudes and kept trying to correct me about the target policy until I have to pull it out MYSELF from the web to show them. Not very nice people there that youll like to deal with. I would totally put this girl worker on blast for she has given me very very bad customer service (literally raised her voice at me) for the past 4 times that Ive gone to that target. SAME GIRL.

Well, I wasnt in the mood to shop because the night before I was picking up a mess that the winds knocked over plants and a light. During that debacle, I missed stepped on a nicknac and it punctured my second to the last toe. I should have got stitches but didnt...back to the store, every single associate knew where the products were that I asked for and out of my whole list of 12 items I only didnt get two of them. the store is clean and for the friendly Associates more than welcome to help me will make me return to that particular Target store. Thanks again to everyone that helped me.

Pros, Target, massive selection, and, its a SuperTarget. Use Cartwheel ap to get the best prices. Cons. Everyone in the area goes there (including people MUCH closer to other Targets). Crowded at times and days that most similar stores and Targets are merely busy. More items, better stocked. Prices on some things, like food (at ANY Target) are (very) slightly above the prices elsewhere. Even the sale price on cartwheel can be a few cents higher than the sale price on the same item at HyVee. Still a good Target, but if there is a closer one that meets your needs, go there.

I had an job interview at the store and it was supposed to be @ 4pm. I went there and did the questionnaire and was told by someone to wait for a while and she will came back to help me, but I end up waited for hours 2 and decided to go ask for help. They didnt even know that there was going to be a interview and the interviewer wasnt even there, so I was interviewed by two people who didnt know they are doing.. So unprofessional ad didnt even know their job..

This Target has the worst employees Ive encountered at any Target in my life. I go to this store at least once a week, at least. These people are a complete joke. Dont come here. Ever. ...P.s. theres an old gremlin that runs the customer service counter. Beware - Shes also a nasty little witch! Shell probably die in this dungeon of a Target, along with the other cave trolls that wander the store.

I especially speak for the pharmacy as a customer for 10+ years. Several of the same employees in that area continue to make my stops there a confident experience, Linda❤ and Jackie❤ to name a couple! Target is my store of choice for most of my familys needs. From customer service to shopping to check out, the employees at this North Saint Paul Target make it the great store it is!!!

over a month ago i asked if they could call me when they receive more of a specific item i needed. The employee took my name down and my number.. well here we are over a month later and still no call but, great to hear they got the shipment in just to bad they lost a customer because, they never called.. ill take my service else were.. where i know ill get a call back

This target didnt properly bag up a rather expensive item. When we got home and it wasnt in the bag we promptly called, the first person who answered the phone put us on hold and never came back, when we finally talked to someone they said that it happens all the time and they are not responsible once we walk out the door. Merry Christmas.

I live across the street from this store and I try to drive to a different store if i can because some of the staff here have attitudes like thwy dont want to help you. dont get me wrong some are awesome at customer care. but even just the few that are not, could ruin my day literally so i try and stay away from this store

Great target to go to employees seem knowledgeable and very helpful unlike the store off valley creek in woodbury where they point you in the direction that they think the item you are looking for is in. (No guarantee that it is that direction and they are not interested in using their radios to make sure)

Vacuum listed at 69.99 went to pay cost 149.99. They made me go back and check and I found that they were wrong and it was listed incorrectly. Very poor customer service guy who had silver hair had an attitude. Didnt really care what I was saying and and no one made an effort to correct the problem.

Went looking for items from Trolls the movie and found everything on my list. My Trolls, the movie list included the Throw, the Music CD, the Poppy Doll, and the Microfiber Twin Comforter. So glad I got everything at one location and didnt have to travel to different stores. Thanks Target :)

Terrible bathroom cleanliness!! Its a well shopped store but is so dank in comparison to other Targets around town. The people are friendly enough it Target may want to give this place a major facelift. Especially the bathroom-looks like black mold is growing under the hand dryers

Nothing special about this Target. Produce is almost non-existent and very expensive. It seems that their selection of most things is smaller than comparable Targets. Also, they fail to employ enough cashiers in order to allow lines to move as fast as most Targets.

This location isnt as busy since it is smaller store. On the contrary, there are never enough cashiers and the line is almost always long. It definitely has less variety compared to others as well. I prefer a super target, but I this is the closest one near me.

This is not our favorite Target location in the area. They dont seem to have as much clearance merchandise as other locations, and we often run into the employees working right in the way of where shoppers are trying to look.
