A month ago I would probably have given this location 5 stars. Between our family of 4 we are at this location EVERYDAY. BUT...due to their incompetent staff I am having to deal with & be harassed by Minnesota Petroleum Marketers Association. In June my 2 boys (21 & 18) who are, again in this Holiday EVERYDAY decided to get some soda later in the evening. My oldest son decided to get gas. Now seeing that we are in there EVERYDAY we/my boys talk to quite a few of the cashiers. My boys were talking. They PAID for their sides. My oldest was in conversation while paying & was NEVER ASKED if he had gas. They let them walk out of the store & drive away without paying. Never did they try to flag them down or call them back into the store. They reported it as a GAS & DASH!!!! WT*! We have been in there EVERYDAY since & no one said anything. My husband went to Minnesota Petroleum Marketers Association 1-2 weeks ago & PAID for the gas!!! Again....incompetent staff because today I get a FINAL notice, when we have only received one, threatening legal action & accusing ME of theft!!! So much for being a LOYAL customer & getting to know people!!! Incompetence all the way around.

There is a new manager lady there now and she is horible. I think she is on drugs because there is Definantly something not right with her. A few long time employees havent been there so I think they quit. She is rude and argumentative. I went here cause I dont really like SA, and I dont care for the one by the snowman. I hope they can get a better, more experienced crew there but until then I will stick it out with SA closer to my house. The taller older gentleman was great there. U never knew if he was having a bad day and it never seemed like he didnt want to be there.

sometimes the customer service isnt the best but most of the time it is.. the people at the register are always nice to me, personally i just see a lack of people caring about the job, like if there is a long line please dont just stand around actually go help the 1 person u have on the rg.
