WTF DOES A CUSTOMER HAVE TO DO TO GET A DAMN GIFT RECEIPT AROUND HERE?!?! Complaint 1: Cashier Sharmake needs to ask questions if he doesnt know what customers are asking for. I asked him for gift receipt, he nodded yes, but I walked out the store and realized I never got one. So I had to go back in. Complaint 2: Customer Service took forever. Then Cashier Sabrina came and budged me like she never saw me. Both employees took forever talking. Pissed me off. Complaint 3: Cashier Sharmake smelled like armpit and needs to shower. When I was first in line to ring up, I thought it was another customer that stank. Customer Service Desk got me angry so I went back to him to complain, sure enough, he smelled. This was when I discovered he didnt know wtf a gift receipt was and then took me to customer service, where they trained him, and then they finally processed the gift receipt for me. People have things to do and a darn schedule to keep up with. What was supposed to be a 30 min stop turned into a 45 minute stop. Not coming back, ZERO STARS.

The cashier, name KATIE (shes hmong and wears glasses) ENTERED "someone elses" phone# for the rewards. SHE DIDNT EVEN ASK ME IF I HAD THE REWARDS NOR ASK FOR MY PHONE#! Whoever that phone# belongs to- received points onto their rewards because of my transaction. ($68.30) THE STUFF I PAID FOR WITH MY MONEY!! At first i didnt even know about it until I went back (1 & a 1/2 hour - 2 hours after I left) to return stuff. I went to customer service, and then i noticed there was SOMEONES reward on my reciept. Rather I have the rewards or not, NO EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO DO WHAT SHE DID. Im sure theres many other employees who is doing this! YES IM GOING BACK THERE IN THE MORNING TO COMPLAIN TO THE SUPERVISOR AND I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT. JUST BEWARE GUYS. THIS IS WHY KMART IS SHUTTING DOWN BECAUSE OF DUMB PEOPLE LIKE THIS WHO TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WORKPLACE.

Went up to a lady at the customer service register to pick up an online order. She seemed annoyed, did not smile at me, did not greet me, and proceeded to stick her ear out at me as a gesture to tell me to start talking. I was directed to pick up my order from one of the cash registers, which was very inconvenient because I had to wait in line for people getting their things checked out, and I also had to hold up the line to get my order while the people behind me were waiting to get checked out.

I like that they always have what Im looking for in stock. But that cashiers are super slow. Like they must hate their job. What I hate the most in that store is the few people at the customer service counter. Its always the same few people and they are rude and lack customer service skills. Its so unfortunate that theyre getting customer service experience without even doing it.

I dropped my wallet without noticing that it was gone. The man working with the plants found it, then found me. I didnt have much money but there were a lot of cards and my drivers license in there. He saved me a ton of time and inconvenience . Many thanks to a friendly and fine employee. June 14, 2017.

Store often cluttered. Check out takes too long with outdated equipment. Generally speaking, the staff are all tired and crabby. Electronics section is completely gone, probably due to the amount of theft that occurs in this neighborhood.

Ive been there a couples of time, and Ive had a very bad experience; until when I went to Ku register. Hes a nice and patient and honorable guy. Hell try his best to help you and fix what you need.

Its a bit beat up but it is a perfectly fine place to get general supplies during the day if the location is convenient.

This is the only kmart still standing in the twin cities that I know of, but they have good pricing on so many things!
