If I could put ZERO stars, I would!!!!! Two months ago I put up a five star rating about my experience. I was excited about the service I had received and the five free phones that came to boot. But two months later I have realized that I got completely screwed over and I wouldve never even gotten into this predicament if I wouldnt been lied to by the staff for multiple hours while I waited for them to activate all of my new fake free phones. Jwain was the staff member that waited on me and he looked at my husband and I directly in the face multiple times and told us that this was not a contract, that our bill would not go up, that the phones were completely free, no hidden gimmicks and that we were also eligible for a cash bonus. None of this happened! Now my husband and I are stuck paying extra for these phones that were supposed to be free, to the tune of nearly $1000! Since that time my husband has gone into the store multiple times and has been on the phone numerous times for hours trying to fix the situation. The last time he was in the store Jwain admitted when asked by a colleague, that he did say that it would only be $90 and that our bill would never increase and the phones were all free. We are still currently trying to fix this situation and I cant believe that the staff in this store could treat us with such disrespect and telling so many lies! Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I highly recommend that you avoid the store, the staff and sprint as a company. WORST COMPANY!!!!! Horrible experience!!! Screwed over!

I had schedule an appointment with one of the sprint representative at this location two days prior to going in, fearing that we might have to play the waiting game as it is usually on a first come, first served basis. Well apparently, appointment or no appointment, its all the same. I was supposed to meet with one of the representative at 6pm on 05/20/2017, I got there early at about 5:45pm in respect for the guy because time is valuable to me. However my appointment time came and went, and not even once did the guy I was supposed to talk to acknowledge me or greet me, nor did he explain to me why he was running behind our scheduled time. I was there, waited for an hour and finally left. Long story short. If youre going to make an appointment with someone and cant make the time set, its just common courtesy to let the person know and reschedule with them, or at least have someone else inform the person waiting. Bottom line is, time is valuable, so dont waste peoples time if you cant stick to a schedule which was agreed upon.

The worst experience that Ive ever had with a service provider. The manager was unbelievably unprofessional . My friend and I were forced to pay the restocking fee due to policies not mentioned and all the wrong information that they provided. Apparently sprint store and online sprint service are separate and they compete with each other. So if you get your stuff there, no hotline you can reach can help you. Also, not to mention they have one of the rudest workers. I had one of them explaining to my girlfriend how this product work and the worker explains for a good few sentences and say " why are you even butting into other peoples business?" Like who says that. To summarize, sprint sucks with so much misleading information and policies thats why they have such a cheap promotion. Choose some other service provider. Even on the way out on the day we first subscribed to sprint, someone told us we made a bad decision. A bad decision indeed.

I had such a great experience at this store. After a very rough day at another store and on the phone with customer service, we returned a phone at this store after adding a new line. The representative who helped us, Tenzin, was new, but he was very eager to help. Any time he had a question, he asked the manager, Kalee, who was also very nice and very helpful. I really appreciated the easiness of the transaction and that the representative asked for help. I always prefer that someone ask for help than just assume because that is what led to a terribly stressful day in the first place. I will definitely return here for my Sprint needs.

The store and staff there are so kind and nice, they have helped me out with everything Ive needed, I know that In the world of big companies sometimes people get lost in the cracks. But this team, this store goes absolutely above and beyond to help people. I have been in there with issues on my bill and the managers there are quite possibly the most caring salesmen Ive ever worked with. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable while you wait all in all an amazing place to have take care of you I love sprint midway.

When I was signing up for my plan, my sales rep Tenizen blatantly lied to me claiming that I needed to enroll in the Total Equipment Protection Plan for my phone because I was porting my phone number to Sprint. In fact, it is the law for them to port my number in - it would be illegal for them to have such a requirement. Luckily, I was able to go home and immediately remove it online from my account so I wasnt charged but I cant imagine how many other people have been charged and dont realize its optional.

I went to this store where I bought the phone get into a contract. but they were little help when Sprint started dropping my calls or when I wanted to unlock my phone and pay off what is remaining on the phones contract. the guy told me to call 1 800, but the idiot on the phone didnt know what I was asking him and terminate my line without my permission and put charges on my account for terminating my line. I cant make calls or get services. Sprint sucks, go to T-mobile or even Verizon

We recently upgraded our phones and the assistant manager, Tenzin was very helpful. We wanted to keep our current plan and he took the time to assure us this would happen despite a bit of corporate push back. His customer service is outstanding. While waiting in the store we noticed the entire staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, and the store is clean and well kept. We will gladly remain loyal custmers due to this level of service! Great job!

Went into the store not expecting a resolution after running into many dead ends with a different carrier. Walked in and was greeted right away. Tenzin was patient and informative. He went above and beyond, spent a good portion of time working with me and provided fantastic customer service. Tenzin was able to find a resolution and the phone was working by the time I left the store. Will return for future needs. Thank you!

The employees at this location were incredibly helpful when I was there about a month ago with a broken phone. They ensured that my time was well spent in the store and even though they were able to fix my phone, they were very helpful with setting me up with a new phone and iPad. Because of the customer service that I received at this location, I will definitely continue to use Sprint as my service provider.
