Warning... They will jack up your rate months down the road. Our was just raised by 32%! with zero warning... Read on for the full story. 10 months ago I needed to switch phone plans and was shopping around for a decent deal as we are a single income family with 2 kids, one on the way at the time. I spoke with a sales rep a Sprint who offered to get us in on their "Framily" plan that they could still get me in if I ordered that weekend but was expired. (must buy now) I told her there were only the two of us and was that worth it but she assured me it was the best deal. At just over $100 for two lines, including two new phones (rented at $20 / month) we were pretty happy with the deal and moved forward. The rep assured us this would be our rate and it would not change. Fast forward 10 months later and our latest bill was 32% higher over the previous month! A call to Sprint and they tell me that people dropped off of my Framily plan so the bill went up... (??? says I)... Since it is just my wife and I, I didnt understand... But he said that we signed up with other people to get the low rate and now since they werent on it increased. Since we didnt sign up with other people and I dont imagine people sign up and have their bill go down over time this is an obvious Scam on the part of Sprint. There was never a mention of looking for other people looking to join a plan, etc during the sales process. Ridiculous. Their customer support offered me a credit for this month but then that is my new rate (32% increase over what it was). And that I could switch to another plan with half the data (that is still over $20 higher than my current plan and likely reset our contract to two more years). I mentioned the contract I signed but apparently the contract is only to say you will stay with Sprint for two years and doesnt mean they cant change your rate whenever they would like. Bottom line save yourself the future frustrations... These people are not honest and will tell you anything to get you to join.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. This place is a joke. My wifes Samsung Galaxy S4 had a screen issue. Took it in and the first "sales" person looked at it briefly and said "Yup, $75". For what? Couldnt tell her except that it would be $75. Found another employee and had a tech look at it. They said they could special order a part for $75 to fix it. Okay. "Part" paid for and ordered. 3 days later, said "part" comes in. Wife goes to have phone repaired with said " special order part". They start setting up a new phone for her. Apparently, they do not fix our model of phone. The "part" they ordered WAS a refurbished phone. Told her that all of her pictures were gone and not retrievable. They would not plug the phone in or use a hard line transfer. They only transfer using Google back up. They scolded her for not saving her pictures to Google. She was not able to activate the new phone AND keep the old phone as they required it on a trade (for parts they said, even though they do not fix our model of phone). So, she left AGAIN with a still broken phone. She brought the phone home and we were completely able to save all of her pictures of our new born daughter using the cord to the computer. If I would have known they were ordering a new phone from the beginning, I would have done this they day of the "special order". Third times a charm and we were finally able to have a working phone. Full of lies, deception and just plain crappy customer service.

the worst service i have ever had the promisses to call back never do i orginally called to get some changes on my bill they said that i was paying to much and i should change to a better data plan.they did the math said it would be about $100.00 a month for two lines .changed over next bill over $220.00 called they said thel fix it my next bill should be $150.00 i said thats higher than before the rep said that thats the new plan and i could not go back to the other plan .(lie )8-10 times called since they find charges on my final bill becouse i am now cancling becouse they told me that they could have used the old plan.now becouse they only switched one of my lines over not both . they will change you plan lie about it being better and less money leave you with canclation fees becouse of there mistakes act like it now my fault every one says they will help in the end they waist even more of your time no resolve .the customer service people are poorly trained and dont really care about you staying with sprint just wanted a better price like other companys plans what a mistake to be involved with this company the customer service hands are tired but they want to get you to change plans maybe they get a commission off of it thats were the service works for them.if they would have said we cannot get you a better price on the plan i would have just waited to contrct end and changed plans

"Thw worst sprint store in mn" who ever said they had great service probably work here or has a friend who work here there and is obviously trying to boost there rating on Google I walk in to about 8 employee standing around sitting on there phone. I was not greeted and stood there as 8 employee blankly stared at me the one lady helping the 1 customer told me to talk to the greeter who didnt greet me and said I had to wait 15min before I could be helped while I watch 8 people stand and get paid to do nothing when it was my turn she told me that the plan I had might have to be cancelled because of some problem with me tranfering my account over from t mobile I told her I would come back with my info and to not bother with setting up than she told me I had to sign at the moment I didnt think twice because I didnt pay for anything just stopped them from setting up the phone I thought I sign a former telling them I would be back in had no idea I was being charge for my phone bill she never set anything up I called sprint and told them about this and within 10min on the phone it was activated at the store the lady mention she would need at least an hour now Im here looking online at a bill I have to pay for nothing

Anyone who has switched and gave this place a good review probably havent seen their first months bill yet or 2nd or 3rd. My quoted bill was $140 on their family 5 line promo. First months bill is $227, 2nd bill 256, 3rd bill 276. They act all friendly in there but they lie right to your face. in order to get the DEAL you need to pay a insanely higher 1st 2nd and 3rd month bill first. I also will be going on my 3rd month of not getting my check or credit card to buy out my old contract from my wireless provider. Also if you have any questions or need anything fixed everything is done overseas for their support. I had to talk with 3 different people to get a unauthorized charged removed from my bill. The first two people that I talked to did nothing about it. Also you cant call this store for help with your account unless you go in there and talk with them in person, and if its a busy day you can enjoy sitting down in one of their few seats or standing for an hour or two.
