JCPennys entire current mens jeans collection is extremely lacking in the quality, fit, cost and value for the mature man when compared to the Towncraft mens jeans they used to carry online and in their stores.Towncraft mens jeans are in high demand on the web because of the reasons stated above. I urge JCPenny to reintroduce these highly sought after jeans by whatever means necessary as quickly as possible. Please forward this to somebody or department that can do something about it! Thanks in advance

I was approached more by men and women looking to sell me loose jewelry they has found" then I was sales associates. I used to work here in the 90s. We reprimanded any employee who did not greet a customer within 30 seconds. Further more tried reporting this selling activity to the cashiers... I might as well of been trying to explain thermodynamics to a rock. Lots of teens and adult women in yoga pants.

Big time fail. I bought four items, and every single one of them bring up at the wrong price. Needless to say higher than the price listed on the price sheet. Also most of the staff was very rude.
