ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 7, 2014 MY NOKIA LUMIA 925 WINDOWS PHONE FROZE UP ON ME. I HAVE ONLY HAD THE PHONE FOR 1 MONTH AND I AM STILL LEARNING HOW TO OPERATE IT. AFTER 2 HOURS OF TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT, I WAS VERY FRUSTRATED AND UPSET AND MADE A TRIP TO THE AT&T STORE IN FOREST LAKE, MN. I WAS IMMEDIATELY GREETED AND TOLD THAT I SHOULDNT WORRY AND THAT THEY WOULD FIX THE PROBLEM. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED WAS OUTSTANDING! THE REPRESENTATIVES NAME WAS AMY, AND SHE WAS WONDERFUL! SHE WAS PATIENT, POSITIVE & VERY HELPFUL. IT TOOK HER ABOUT AN HOUR TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG AND TO FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY THAT I WAS TREATED AND EVEN MORE PLEASED THAT SHE FIXED MY $400 PHONE FOR ME. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED, AMY DESERVES A PAY RAISE AND I NOMINATE HER AS EMPLOYEE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE OF THE MONTH!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

Poor experience. Switching from Verizon. Claimed their computer and internet connection was too slow to transfer data from Verizon, Recommended we do it with itunes. They put my finger print on my wifes phone and mine on hers. Itunes would not recognize our phones. Recommended icloud transfer. Switched to Apple help. Still not able to transfer music. Lost services after 5 days and called store. On hold 20 minutes and still nobody answered. Contacted A T & T direct. They tried 3 times and still store did not answer. Incredible that a cell phone company has terrible internet connection and dont answer their phone. Drove to the store wasting 35 minutes and found out they were having trouble with some towers.

I came to the store with a iphone 4S that had failed knowing that many decisions would need to be made regarding purchasing a new phone. I was helped by Joshua N. who was awesome. He took to the time to listen to my questions and concerns and offered valuable advice without rushing the transaction or trying to "sell" me one way or another. He guided me like Pharrell coaches on The Voice and allowed me to choose a solution that best worked for my needs. Very good experience overall.

Manager is a creepy liar. Anither young girl that helped me was rude and unprofessional. JJ is the only rep who even tried to help me with my bill. Hes a good rep and the only rep Id ever go to. Garbage service orherwise. Moving my lines to elsewhere. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! If you have had similar experience please share so people know what a crock this place is

If, you want a great sales person ask for JJ !!! Not saying the other sales members arent as good. But, JJ is an awesome sales representative to work with. JJ knows what he is doing, fun to work with and has an authentic personality! Thanks, AT&T for having JJ on your sales team. JJ dont change and keep up the great service you provide.

Its an AT&T store just like any other AT&T store although I will say theres a guy there named help Round Hill is a absolutely fantabulous awesome service provider and if you get to go there ask for Joe
