I brought my water damaged phone into techmate on the 23rd of December. They told me theyd look at it and call me the next day. Which was Christmas Eve, and I never got a call. Which I understood because it was Christmas, then on the 26th, still heard nothing so I decided to stop in and find out why I hadnt been called. They told me they put it in a "thirsty bag" to take out the water for 72 hours, which I totally understood, but they never told me they were going to do that, and I expected a call. Then they told me theyd look at it the next day and call me. Another 4 days later, no call. I stopped in one more time and they told me they had Forgotten about it! So they convinced me to leave it there again, and my dad wasnt happy about it and took the phone,home disassembled. Just now, about a week later, i received a follow up email from them, basically telling me that we were "grumpy" with how long the process was taking, and that the experience with us, caused them to no longer take water damaged phones. So sorry to all.

TECHMATE - Welcome to St. Michael, we needed a good honest and "FRIENDLY" computer repair company like you.. I own a small business and my business laptop (which is my lifeline) died following a Windows update - These guys saved the data and gave me my laptop back, in working order with a fresh Windows install.. Admittedly this is not rocket science but the overall experience was cheaper, faster and a hell of a lot better then the local competitor on all points.. In the past i have been lucky enough to just to get my data back but thankful these guys put the effort into getting my laptop to work again.. These guys understand customer service and are working hard to get the business going - It is easy to support people like this and I will again..

I needed my laptop fixed recently and brought it in to Techmate. I have to say it was the most awesome experience ever. The staff there is absolutely fantastic, they treat you like family, they dont use big fancy words when explaining what is going on and they are extremely efficient at getting the job done!! Not to mention reasonably priced! I am very happy that I now have a trusted place to take my computer to if I have any future issues! Thank you Techmate!!! I will recommend you guys to absolutely everyone!

Such good customer service! Around Christmas 2015, I obtained a barely used tablet and needed a charging cord. The gentleman that was helping me went above and beyond finding the right cord that cost less than $20. Im all about helping small and local businesses, so I just visited them again for a charging cord and block for my new to me phone and received the same service. Ive already recommended them to people that need techy help and items and will continue to recommend them.

I unfortunately had a bad experience with Techmate. I sent my tablet over to the St Micheal location about 1 month ago, and when they sent it back, it had 2 deep scratches in it. talk about low quality... and on top of it, I was told about 2 weeks of a lead time, while it took 4 weeks! I use my tablet for work, so it was crucial that the timing was honest. realistically, its only scratches so I cant be too bothered, but thats a tool of mine! Cmon folks!

I went to Techmate to get a 2nd opinion on a laptop issue - I was told by Cyber Geeks in Delano that my laptops hard drive was shot and that I needed a new computer. These guys took a few days to diagnose, fix, and get back to me - all for $60! The drivers needed updating and there were some viruses/malware found. The laptop has never run better. Very happy and will return. Fair price and excellent communication!

Great service and friendly staff! I had a huge computer issue at 5:10 PM and Techmate was at my house by 5:20!!! Yes 10 minutes! They were able to diagnose the problem, come up with reasonable solutions and get me back and running FAST! We purchased a brand new computer and they had it installed personally! You can tell they care and take their job seriously! Great job! Work with Techmate with Confidence!

My dogs decided to use my laptop keyboard as a launchpad one morning. I thought my H key would never be attached again. I took the pieces in to Techmate and they fixed it for me free of charge as all the pieces were there. It took less than 10 minutes. Awesome service and staff.
