I have called this store too many times to count, to speak with the Home Theatre supervisor. Ive called so many times that Zach, who seems to be the one to always gets my calls knows my voice by now. He has gone to track down the Gent The gent I spoke to was VERY nice and accomodating. I dont want to mention any names as I really think hes a great guy, but I cannot for the life of me figure out why he wont call me back!!! He has PROMISED to call me back but he is always busy and never returns my call. I have been in the hospital almost every day and the days I am not, I call and explain to them that I will be back in the hospital...I just need a call back! This has been going on since January. Zach keeps apologizing for me and it is obvious he feels really bad I do not get a call back. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!! Can someone PLEASE advise!!! I have called customer service and they have told me to deal with the gent that gave me his card...But, I cant get him to call me back! HELP!!!!! Once I get a call back my rating will change to five starts as he was VERY helpful!!!!!! Just not a call back in FOUR MONTHS!!!!

I bought a new computer at the Ridgedale Best Buy. The associate, Alex, stayed after the store closed in order to continue assisting me with my purchase. (I was unaware of the time, and noticed that they seemed to be closing up. He didnt even mention to me that he was staying after hours.) Another team member also stayed late. Everyone that I asked for help was gracious and helpful. I bought from an open box. When my new computer crashed a few weeks later, every single Geek Squad agent who assisted me along the way was courteous, helpful and honest. (I took it in for evaluation. They had to reboot the hard drive/system to get it up and running, but could not find the cause of the crash.) As a result, the Geek Squad Manager, Kelsey, assisted me with getting a brand new computer, with no additional charge. I am extremely grateful for the kindness, honor, and accountability of the Geek Squad people, and the helpfulness of every employee I had contact with. Thanks, Best Buy Ridgedale! You have my top recommendation!

Its best buy take it or leave it. Service is hit or miss completely different depending upon who you may deal with. General sense of staff police like state is really just dorky if you look past the air of superiority given off and break it down to the bottom line. That being youre the customer, potentially spending money in the store. The dorks can abide and treat you right, as long they are politely reminded of their actual position at the store. To cater to you. Otherwise it can be a turn off. Remember that BB will price match almost anything including Amazon so go prepared and if youre told otherwise either laugh and leave or make a point to educate the employee by going over his/her head and getting your price match. Bottom line they have what you want and know it. You need to know you can get the price you want at their store and all is well. I bought a monitor last week price matched $190 down from BB clearance pricing. While there I saw another purchase go through at BB house "clearance" price. That was kinda sad.

So, my review is for the service, not the products. Ive worked with three different Geek Squad agents, and was shocked at how poor the service was. My replacement tablet was late but no one thought to tell me / reschedule my appointment, so I came in once only to find my replacement tablet was not there yet. That happens, I get it. But I come in a third time and am told that the finally delivered tablet doesnt come with a charger...when my charger was also broken, and put in the report, a week prior...and they have no chargers in stock! No one thought to order me a charger? Or put one aside since Ive been in three times in the last two weeks? So I now have a tablet that I cant use since Im waiting for my charger. During this interaction, my agent complained that they had to figure out my tablet ("I dont like dealing with surfaces") and that they forgot things because "they werent a morning person" -- it was noon, FYI. Just an all around disappointing experience. Wont be returning.

They are lucky that I had to give a star. These yahoos advertised the crap out of a deal where a customer could exchange their iPhone 4s for an iPhone 5s, both valued at $150 w/new 2 yr contract. Long story, short: after waiting in line for an hour, than having the mobile "expert" putz around for another 45 minutes, my new iPhone 5s was already to go! But wait, right before check out, the "expert" decided that my iPhone 4s did not function properly so I could not trade it in. Shocked, I asked where trade in clauses were. They "expert" handed me a sheet of paper with size 1 font saying something or another (I could not read it) about the subject. She then called her manager over to tell me the same thing. It was bizarre. The "expert" that helped me should be working at a kiosk selling xmas scarves, not dealing with technology= extremely clueless

I came in looking at the Surface Pro 4 and the Surface Book. I got great help. One person provided me a chair so I could try out the Surface Pro on my lap. They were willing to match the special offer from Microsoft for a free Docking Station on Presidents Day. Plus I got the $150 gift Certificate for opening a Best Buy Credit Card. Then I got another $30 off for buying the accessories. I was tempted by the Surface Book but the tidy portability of the Surface Pro 4 sold me sweetened by all the great discounts that day. Every person that worked with me was courteous and helpful. My experience was top notch! Thanks, Best Buy - Ridgedale.

Booooo: they are at best incompetent and at worst liars. I was just there and asked for "a cheap tablet with GPS"; the sales girl directed me to 3 of the cheapest tablets(I use the term "girl" to give her the benefit of the doubt because she is young and has probably been mis-trained by best-buy to give false information). When I asked if the cheap tablets gps would work without cellular or wifi connection she said "no, these wont, but the samsung over there will", when I said I didnt think that was true, she said they wouldnt work because unlike the samsung they "did not have the sim slot" which was needed for an internet connection.

I love going in and looking at all the electronics. I forget that they sell appliances even though I bought several from them years ago. They have a great small appliance department too. I went in to buy a new TV and was amazed at how knowledgeable the person was about all the different TVs. Told me why I wouldnt be happy with the one I was thinking about buying and found a better one on sale for me that was just a little more. He was so right. I am so happy with the one I bought and the one I was looking at is no where near as good now that I have looked at them more closely. Buying a 4K TV was the right way to go.
