We have had nothing but bad experience with this store, our service has had problems at least twice a month and when we got this deal in the spring that was buy one get one free iphone 7 so we got it even though one of us wanted an andriod we only got the two iphones because one was free right? Nope they directed us to these phones and said one would be free and that our bill would even itself out in a couple months but here we are in july and still paying for two phones and are now being told that the phones that we were directed to were not part of the deal because they were 32 gb. I honestly want to switch providers because of the many screw ups yeah I could end up paying twice as much but at least it would be reliable service. I had no bad experiences with sprint until we went to this store.

ITS NOT EVEN A SPRINT CORPORATE STORE!!! TERRIBLE!! I would give negative stars if I could. Its taken over 2 months to get me a refund for products I returned, I had to get the corporate office, and two other stores involved to get some sort of resolution. From not returning calls to flat out rude employees (when the boss/manager is not there), its been an awful experience wasting hours of my time each week for the last few months trying to deal with them. It was so bad, I created this google account just so I could write this review.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Save yourselves the trouble and avoid this store. They will also screw you over during their "BOGO" promotions. Ive been charged for two phones instead one for the past 4 months and have brought this to their attention countless times yet no change. Dont bother trying to call them either they are even more worthless over the phone.

We worked with Ethan at the Rogers store. My daughter had disabled her phone when she forgot her password. Ethan was not only able to restore her phone, but he saved some of her data, too. Much more than we could have asked for!! You can call him Magic Ethan!!!

The sprint store is new in Rogers next to jimmy johns. I went there to convert my iPhone 5 to a 6se and Ethan helped me convert everything fast- no issues and I left a happy camper! I would recommend the store- professional and thorough.

They tell you one thing in the phone. So you spend your time going to them to be told nope sorry to bad so sad go to a corporate store. So save yourself time and hassle just go to a corporate store and avoid the mess.

Dylan is the bomb, he transferred over 1000 pictures for me and I didnt even buy a phone from him. He even fixed my charging port free of cost. GO HERE YOU NEED ANYTHING SPRINT RELATED!!!
