My wife and I recently purchased a home that came equipped with Bose speakers on all levels but with no hardware to control it. Bose associate Kris Dahlgren asked the right questions and found a solution. He then went one step further by setting us up with the Bose in home service team. (At no cost to us as long as we purchase). Kris saved me time and treated my wife and I to a wonderful experience.

Awesome store, I walked in because I lost my cable for my original soundlink speaker. So I walked up to the counter and asked if they sold them, Jason replied we do not sell them but maybe I can fish one out of the back for you! I was like ok. Sweet. So I awaited patiently and then he appeared with one! Awesome now I can use this speaker again! Thanks Jason

Admittedly Ive only been to one Bose store but based on the brand I expected a bit more high end and high tech setup. This site is a basic store with a few displays to test audio equipment. No frills get in get out.
