I would have given my rating a 1/5 except for the fact after 10 minutes of being yelled at I can understand Adam the store managers point of view. Long story short, I bought a Christmas gift with a gift cards to online computer games. I did not know they couldnt be exchanged if the recipient did not like the gift. I was told in a very one sided heated conversation (the store manager was either not having a good day or is just an overall very unhappy person) that "digital" content can not be exchanged or returned. I could go on but will stop my ranting here. Very disappointed in how the store manager behaved in our phone conversation.

I preordered injustice SOLEY to get one of the free jerseys that came out with the game. I was told they werent doing a late night release the night before it came out. I showed up 30 min before they opened the day it came out and was told they did a late night release the night before. The guy working told me they called everyone, but I had my phone on and in service the whole weekend and never received a phone call. The guy acted like I just didnt answer my phone or my voicemail wasnt working. Super frustrating.

Every time Ive been to this location there has been a very friendly employee to help me. Just a little while ago I went in to buy a PS3, when I got home and plugged it in it didnt turn on. So I called the store and was told to come back. When I got back they were apologetic and got me a system. Since they didnt have the same system they got the next one up and discounted it down. I saved $40 on the system. Overall Im very happy with the service they have provided.

It was really hard to shop when one of the employees is standing behind yelling to the other employees about how much coffee he has drank and how awesome he is. Needless to say i couldnt take any more and left to take my business elsewhere.
