Do not go to sprint. They will rob you. I decided to cut my bill in half with Sprint. I turned in 6 iphones: 1 5S and 5 6s. Sprint gave me 6 new iphone 6Ss. I was given my new contract, however they forgot to tell me about a $15 per line fee, this was not in the contract I signed. It took hours of my time to get them to remove that charge from my bill however they only took care of 4 lines and I still have to pay for 2. So my bill is $30 higher than the contract I agreed to and there is nothing I can do about it. They told me they would pay off my phones with my other carrier and that the remainder of my bill would be paid. This isnt true either, they only cover the phones. It actually sounded to good to be true so I asked them again and they assured me they would bring my balance to $0. They are disputing this now but I was told that probably nothing would happen and Id be out the money. They told me I would receive check cards in the mail to pay off the phones I turned in. I never got these cards and then when I called the store to see what was going on, the manager was never available. I left many messages but never got a call back. Finally I called sprint customer service and they told me I had to go online and register each phone and upload my old bill, about a hours worth of my time. The manager NEVER told me I had to do this, I had NO idea. I was almost to the point this offer expired too, if I had trusted the manager I wouldve lost the rebate of over $3000 and wouldve had to pay for the iphones that I gave to Sprint. I started getting text messages from sprint that if I didnt turn in my old phones (that I had already turned) they would shut off my service. So I called Customer Service again, took over a hour of my time to get it straightened out. However, it wasnt. They shut off my phones and I had to call back and then the manager wasnt in to confirm I turned in my phone. Even tho I had just done this they apparently do not keep notes or records of calls made. I was very frustrated and used a swear word and they threatened to hang up on my for my language. I just started crying. I find it unbelievable that they can steal time and money from their customers but if we get upset they will hang up on us. I have talked to several people at my work about this and every single one of them said the same thing about the $15 per line charge. I feel like I was scammed and am being robbed of money and time. There is a huge disconnect between Sprint corporate and the store sales people. I was lied to and its costing a fortune. They do not care.

Tayler was absolutely amazing. Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did Tayler take care of our technical issue, but he suggested an economical way to get an upgraded phone. Unfortunately he had to take the time to deal with the idiots at the corporate office entering the plan into the computer and activating the phone, including two managers, that were so oblivious to what was going on that they should be fired for being so ignorant. Because of them we had to cancel a contract, re-add our old phone, and then redo the entire upgrade process (complete waste of our time). One phone rep made Tayler hang up because he said it was not allowable to have him call from a cell phone and not the store hard line (what an imbecile). After finally getting through to another manager, the manager told Tayler that this upgrade was not accepted if not from a corporate store (which Tayler pointed out to me in the brochure, which was untrue, and I read it for myself). The people on the phone at Sprint are idiots and make the frontline staff in the stores look bad and take additional steps to get things accomplished for the customers. I give Tayler and Tony 10 stars, two thumbs up, and all the recommendations necessary to visit this store. I will be back and so will my friends.

Disappointed in the service I received while at this Sprint location. There were two workers and five people in the store. Each time someone walked in the "manager" rolled her eyes and rudely said... "someone will be with you in a bit." I came in initially to discuss switching providers and wanting to know a rough quote of what it would cost me to switch providers. I explained the device I wanted and that I would be adding someone to the plan and she just stared at me blankly. She proceeded to write a single number on the sticky note which was the cost of the "unlimited" plan. I asked if there were any incentives to switching to Sprint vs other carriers at this time (I saw online they offer $200 dollars when you switch on top of pay to terminate your old contract) she had no idea about the $200 or how it was distributed and she did not even mention that Sprint would cover early termination fees. I have talked to other Sprint representatives so I have not completely sworn off the provider as my carrier to switch to, but WOW the third party owner of this Sprint location should be embarrassed about the quality of his employees and their "helpfulness".

The service I received was by far the BEST customer service Ive ever experienced in my life! Britany and Katie were so helpful answering questions as I stopped in the store initially looking to transition from T-Mobile upgrade phone and had interest in keeping my phone number. It was a very busy time as I was moving and getting ready for my daughter to go back to school. I had limited time upon my first visit And mentioned Id be coming back within the week. I called 3 times over the next week and a half with questions on some issues I was encountering with my T-Mobile account which I wanted to resolve before transitioning also time was very busy with my week plus long move-Britany answered every question was lovely and reassured me that Shed be happy to help whenever I had time to stop in next. There was no pressure-her knowledge, professionalism and upbeat attitude were so helpful during a busy time! I stopped in last night and transitioned over upgrading to iphone6. Im very appreciative to Britany and the folks at sprint in Chaska for the excellent care and customer service I received!! Thank you!!!

I spent a significant amount of time on Wednesday at the sprint store and made several major purchases. I was extremely impressed at the heightened customer experience I had vs visits to the same location in the past. During my visit, I was assisted by Collin, Katie and Brittney. Despite some of time delay due to changing over our devices; these three folks ensured my son and I were not only comfortable with the experience but also happy during the wait. They offered my son juice boxes and treats as we were pushing our normal meal time, took time to answer all of our questions and advocated for us with Sprint itself. Nobody beats Sprints free and clear plans and no other store location has this degree of customer centricity going on like Chaska does. Im telling my friends to return after they left from shotty former employees and managers. Bravo to the Chaska Sprint Store Team!
