This Best Buy is the worst one I have been to. The employees are not willing to help and do not know very much about the products they sell. They are understaffed and it is very difficult to find someone available, AND knowledgeable. I have been given incorrect information on several occasions: when I was looking to buy the best HDTV for my money, they were not willing to help with my long list of questions/concerns, when I went to purchase a firewire cable for my camera and misinformed, when I went to purchase blu-ray players (and was told the prices would only go up. This was when they were $400+ and NOW theyre way lower), another time when I needed to order DVD cases, and another time when pre-ordering my iPhone. The guy that works in wireless sales is especially rude and not customer friendly. Last week when I was there to pre-order my iPhone, there was a line of people and he was on the company phone talking to his wife. WTF? Since I pre-ordered a white iPhone and white will not be a available on launch day, he said he called all of the people that ordered white. Well guess what? He didn’t call me and I have proof of all calls and messages. And when I called today to check on the order, he was a jerk and couldn’t explain himself about the process they are following for iphone orders, and what the plan is for the white devices. I am so frustrated. Don’t go to this store if you have a choice. I do not expect to step foot in this store again, and I will always turn people away from them. Poor management, and lazy/rude staff.

Today I visited the Fort Smith Best Buy. My son had purchased a ibot vacuum for me...and it broke. The item was under warranty and I was told by the employee that I could get the same item or I could upgrade my vacuum. My husband and I then went to the department and with the help of another employee chose a little better one for 50 dollars more. When we took it to the register they changed the story and said we had to pay the entire difference of the amount which my son purchased it. I explained to the gentleman that we were told to just add the amount from the price on the ticket on the item. I then ask for a manager and I told the manager what happened. I ask him if he was willing to lose a customer for. 50 dollars. His response was this is the store policy. He did not care that we were told something entirely different from his employee. With todays society where you have to compete with numerous retailers...I would think you would want to please every customer that walks through the door. I guess Best Buy has too many customers they dont need me.Mr.David and Mr. Chris I wish you no ill will but I will no longer support your store or any Best Buy store. And I will never recommend your store either.

Bad service. You will see several of the workers walking around and looking like they are trying to avoid you and they go down a different isle. Then you will see them in the corner looking at pics and texting on their phones. I went in determined to buy a video recorder. Couldnt get waited on. A service person that had a booth set-up for AT&T??? tried to help me ,but he couldnt find anyone either ( MID-DAY ON A SATURDAY). Finally a kid came out and said he would check and see if they had the one I wanted in the back. He stopped to visit with a fellow worker and I went across the parking lot to Target and bought what I wanted. I went in there another time to get some head phones ( with built in volume) and the kid stocking the shelves looked at me like I was from Mars. He didnt have a clue to what I was wanting. Ended up at Walmart. I called 3-21-11 to check the availability of the new Star Wars game that came out and no one would answer the phone. At 6:00 PM . Called 7 different times and got the automated operator. Avoid this store at all costs. They dont want your money. A dissatisfied former customer

I am on the phone with what has to be the leader...his comprehension of how a phone works or at least how BestBuys phone system works is next to none being that I have been disconnected 3 times. Its cool though cause he told me that he was going to connect me to the Geek Squad a different way and the way he tried to connect me before was probably why I was getting disconnected. Why he didnt just connect me through this magic way before I dont know. I was looking for a battery and a pretty common one at that. The geek squad said I will probably have to go online to order said battery..Now I am no BestBuy expert but why couldnt they do that and I pick it up at the store...nevermind..I bet when I get to the door instead of opening ..they close and the same guy that answers the phone will probably have to shut it in my face a few times before he figures out that he has to open them. Crack team of winners .

Terrible experience at this store in particular. I never liked best buy. They are over priced and the people there know next to nothing about electronics most of the time. But this store is the worst I have ever been to. Multiple products which they have on display they do not keep in stock. Their products are all years behind the current state of the art tech. There return policy is prehistoric; dont lose that receipt! They dont keep track of their electronic purchases and cant even do an in store exchange if you dont have that paper receipt or happened to have purchased the product on Best Buy rewards card. I buy a lot of electronics. I will never buy another electronic device from that store in my life unless there are absolutely no other options. They Should change the name of their outlet stores from "Best Buy" to "Bad Decision".

I have been in to Best Buy several times in the past two months and have had a favorable experience each time. I had to return a WiFi item and they took it back no problem, no questions asked and helped me find what I needed. It is true there arent a lot of sales associates, but I dont find that to be a problem. I usually know what I want, but if I need help, it isnt too hard to find someone. I like to shop there because the products are good quality, there is a great selection, the prices are competitive and they bend over backwards to make your visit a pleasant one.

After two and a half weeks of going back and forth approximately 9 times. They could not get me a PC that worked right. I finally decided to order a Mac book pro online. I ordered a machine that was "in stock"an paid for it. I got there 15 min after they opened, and the said sorry but we dont have what you bought and paid for online and we will not be getting anymore. The manager argued with me, saying they had THE BEST online purchasing site out there "OBVIOUSLY NOT," selling stuff they dont even have. THEY CANT GET ANYTHING RIGHT! Will never shop there again!!
