To start off with, Im not a Microsoft fanboy. The main reason I stopped at this glorified kiosk was to check out the new Surface. I was pleasantly surprised at the tech they had on display to play with. Xbox Ones, Surfaces... The whole gamut. I really appreciated the employee, Edwards, ability explain the Surface and practical uses of it. Rather than the usual hard sell or negative experience where the sales person treats you like youre an invalid. The later really irritates me. Anyway. The store and products actually really impressed me, along with this employee. Id actually think about purchasing some products from this place. At least give it a shot. Also, its not grossly over-staffed like the Apple Store...at least 12 employees to 4 customers I counted as I walked by. Give it a shot, I did and I want disappointed.

I have tried two different times in two locations to check out an Oculus Rift. As I approached the Microsoft "store" I see what appears to be a 6-7 year old girl playing with the OR. I approach and wait until she is done and then I TRY to take my turn. I am promptly and rudely demanded "TAKE THOSE OFF YOU HAVE TO SIGN A WAIVER THATS WHY THEY WERE BEHIND THE COUNTER". I looked at the child servant that was making the demand and was so taken aback by his rude method of scolding me like a 6 year old that I simply just walked away. Never again will I visit this worthless "store" and just to think. I was considering the purchase of a $4k computer from here not even 30 min prior....

I dont often write reviews unless I have a really poor experience with an item or service. However, today my experience at the Microsoft Kiosk in Jordan Creek Mall was such a pleasant experience, I couldnt turn away from sharing. The gentlemen that had helped me (Adam) was not only very kind but very knowledgeable regarding all of my questions. He was prompt and efficient with helping my needs related to my Surface 3 and Pen. Thank you Microsoft for being awesome and to you Adam for making my day!
