We entered this store full of hope. Yes, we did get a tempurpedic bed for $2800 with added features..which is a good deal, but the process was not ideal in any way. The salesman took down a deposit and said our bed was on hold until I paid off the remaining balance. I paid this off and scheduled a delivery at the desk. The ladies at the desk were ridiculous. They highly lacked in professionalism and ignored me while taking phone calls. As someone who actually went into the store, I feel that I should be helped before any phone call that comes in. When I called to update my delivery date, the lady said that I owed $90 for the delivery. So, I went in to the store...again to talk to someone about this. I asked the salesman if delivery was included on beds. He said they were. I asked why they were trying to charge me for delivery and set up when this was promised on the sale. He brought me back to a computer. He looked shocked and said I did not pay off my balance. I showed him on my bank account that $2600 was taken from my account. This is huge! That is a huge mistake! He just sat there looking like not knowing what to do. After being there for an extended amount of time, he brought me back to the desk with the unprofessional ladies. When they printed out my form, it said I still owed $2600. I said I wanted a copy that said it was paid. They said this is how it prints off. They need to update this. Nobody wants to pay that much money and for it to say that. After all this, I did get a delivery and it was timely. The guys set up my bed in the apartment. The bed is great and it was a good deal, but the process really makes me want to look the other way.

I do not recommend Hom to anyone! Their customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. My mother was working with a Sales Rep to get a new kitchen floor installed. She picked out the floor and somebody came out to measure the floor. After completing the measurements, they never called her again to provide her with the cost, or to set up installation. We dont need to call a company and beg for their business. She doesnt have an extremely large kitchen so we figured Hom just didnt want the job because they wont make enough money. Its really all about the greed with them. Unless you have a large costly job to do in your home, dont go with Hom. They wont even bother to do an outreach call. This was not the 1st bad experience with them either. Another family member bought a vera Wang bed from Hom in Plymouth, MN and the Customer Service woman at the counter treated him like a second class citizen and was rude because he gave her the wrong credit card to use and it declined. She assumed he was not able to afford it and it was obvious by her snarky comments and condescending attitude. I was there and couldnt believe it. A call was made to the manager in regards to this treatment. The Manager offered a gift card, but never mailed it. Another fine example of greed. I have a whole complete home remodel I plan to do in the next year and you can bet that Hom will not be a part of it. So much for greed! I think Hom needs provide better service for the amount of cost of their products. My mother found another flooring company and they are outstanding.

I definitely would not recommend this store for several reasons. First, because from all the warranties that this store offered you as a customer at the time of you buying an item from them is not the same as when something comes on the way of being defective. For example, when I bought the bed that I have right now, I was told very clear on how the warranties was going to work. However, now that our bed has sunk in and has met all the store criteria of being defective or bad the store does not want to take responsabilities to replace the entire bed. In addition, the manager is acting very defensive as well putting a lot of obstacles to not replace this defective item. I would not absolutely recommend this store to anyone or believe on the promises that the sale personnel people does at the time of buying anything something from them. If I would know that this was going to be the whole situation that when it comes to resolve issues with defective items sold by them I would it never buy something from them. I would recommend Ashley Furniture as a great place to buy as well taking good care of their customers when it comes to resolve problems with items that are defective. The personnel is great and are very good on making sure you received good care as well satisfaction.

HOM sales person greeted us at the door and stayed with us the entire time we were looking through the store. She directed us to the areas that we would find the furniture we were looking for, answered all our questions, & was able to set up delivery and ring us up all in less than 45 minutes. We found everything we were looking for. They even deliver on weekends! Delivery experience was even better. They called before they arrived, arrived early, were clean, friendly and professional. The furniture was assembled and place as we requested. We are very happy with the quality and service. I am happy to say that we have already recommended HOM furniture to family and will do so again if the opportunity presents itself.

Absolutely fantastic service. I purchased a sectional at the Rochester, MN HOM Furniture store and it was sold without the ottoman. After purchasing another ottoman online that didnt match we decided to try and see if we could find the one that matches the rest of the set. Turns out there was only 2 left at all of the HOM Furniture stores, one in Fargo and another in Rogers. I called this store and spoke with Patti and she bent over backwards to pull it off the showroom floor and have it transferred to the Rochester store where I could pick it up. Hands down the best customer service Ive ever had buying furniture and I would strongly recommend Patti and this store to anyone in the market for new furniture.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a big, soft, comfy sectional for our new basement. After looking at other furniture stores in the area, we ended up going to Hom in Rogers. Now, one of the most annoying aspects of furniture shopping is having salespeople basically harass you at every turn. That was the exact opposite at Hom. Mike met us at the door, gave us the general lay out, and left us alone to look on our own. There was absolutely no pressure at any time. When it came time to discuss the financial transaction, Mike was knowledgeable about all of the different options and warranty plans. It was easily one of the best furniture shopping experiences weve ever had. Thanks again Mike!

Good selection, OK prices. In Rogers the Dock86 store is connected directly to the Hom store so you get two stores in one building. This used to be a Lowes store. You can also order custom Amish furniture here. Very pricey but good quality, best quality furniture in the store. Sometimes neighbor Dock86 will have standard Amish furniture sets (not custom) for a lot cheaper but still good quality. Bought this for our kitchen dinette area. Like it. Just inspect the furniture when you pick it up because the packaging is very poor and we went through many chairs to get 4 good ones.
