I called to get a price check on a dog food that they carried and when the phone was answered he did not know the price and size they carried, he asked me to hold which was fine no big deal I rather wait and get accurate information. 10 Minutes later of listening to people in the background chit chat and someone hitting the redial button on the phone 5 times the line suddenly disconnected. I called back and the same thing, put me on hold, redial button hang up. Third time he asked me to hold I said no, I wanted a price check on the food he carried. Nutro, was more expensive there than at Petsmart. I would have purchased despite that because of the location, however the customer service was a turn off.

Been here a few times since we got our dog in late October. We live just down the street, so its a given in the convenience arena. They dont carry our food (Bil-Jac), but theyre a convenient place to grab treats, a new toy, or just stop by on a walk for a drink of water and a treat from the cashier. The staff seem friendly enough, although a bit awkward conversationally. The prices are obviously a little higher than Petco, Petsmart, etc. but if you live in the area, its terribly convenient, and of course theres something to be said about small shops too.

This place is great. No, you wont find the cheap food that you can at Petco or Petsmart, but you will find good food at a great price. The canned food I buy is a dollar cheaper here than at the chain stores, which adds up to a ton of savings. Also the people are always friendly and helpful and the location is convenient and you can bring your dog, and they give great advice about what to feed your pet. But really: it is less expensive to shop here. This family business saves my family money, there is no way I cant support that.

My wife and I are very happy with this store. The people who work there are friendly and engaging, and theyre quite knowledgeable about the brands they carry as well as general pet health issues. They do a good job of carrying products at the customers request, too!

This place has always been my go to place even after moving out of the neighborhood. Their prices are beyond competetive to places like Petsmart or Target and the owner and workers are amazingly helpful and nice.

Wonderful neighborhood pet store. Friendly staff, sweet store kitty. They can order what they dont have. Prices reasonable. Might pay a bit more but I can walk there and thats totally worth it.
