I would never recommend this place to get your pet groomed. We brought our dog in here to get her nails cut and ears clean, just a walk in which they allow. The lady doing the grooming was a piece of work, she came off as beig a jerk and clearly didnt like her job. Our dog is a rescue and we heard her yelp and cry where the fish were at. We go back there and she says and i quote "she didnt cry or whine". Okay there are two dogs one getting a haircut and then our dog. Unless she cut that dog or somethi g. So i asked "so then it must have been that other dog" which she replied no dog cried or yelped. Again oir dog is a rescue and this overweight bimbo had the audacity to lie face to face. She was also rude when we first came in. Petco continuely loses points i eill never go into this store again, ever. Ill use amazon or something from now o. For food and another store for groomy. This lady isnt good with animals and i hope she loses her job.

It has a full service grooming salon with trained, experienced staff. The store hours are listed wrong. It is open at 9am M-F, 10am on weekends. It closes at 9pm weekdays & Sat, 7pm on Sun. The grooming salon opens before the store; call for an appointment or stop in next time you visit!

Have gotten incredible dog training from Sarah! However when I went to the groomer with my dog, zero eye contact, no greeting from that staff when I walked in--just looked like they hated being there, grooming. Dog got her nails trimmed but she is not a fan of it and the groomer looked genuinely annoyed that my dog was yelping. Well, if you wouldnt have clipped her nail too short to bleed then shed be more friendly. She was forcing my dog and not even trying to console her or take it easy. I can over and comforted her. Sheesh. If youre that annoyed, get another job.

I love the grooming shop here; I have been bringing my cat to Heather for years. She does an excellent job with lion cuts on long-haired cats, and she is so gentle and attentive that I think my cat actually enjoys going to see her! The other staff in the grooming dept are also very friendly and gentle with all sizes of dogs. I highly recommend getting your pet groomed here! I also get all of my other pet supplies here because Petco Rewards is a great deal. I wish the location were a bit better, but at least theres always a place to park.

Went to get my two big dogs nails trimmed and the grooming staff was top-notch. Very kind and courteous with all my questions and the doggies were calm and did well with their nail trims, and the price was decent. You can just drop in for nail trim and it didnt take very long at all. The doggies also got a treat bag after and I was able to bring my pets to the car before coming back in to pay, which was a plus because they can get a bit excited in the store. Highly recommend this service!

I had an unfortunate run in with a few staff members when trying to return some dog food I purchased, and after being treated so poorly, I finally got in contact with the store manager, Matt, who was beyond respectful. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation and needless to say my dog and I are both very appreciative and happy campers! Thanks a bunch, Matt!

Make sure you ask if they groom senior dogs before you make your appointment. If you dont they will let you schedule your appointment, and wait until you get there to tell you they will not groom your dog. So wrong. The next call I made was to a real groomer who told me they shouldnt be in business if they cant do puppies and seniors. Beware!

The employees petco staff are attentive and informative. The grooming staff are amazing! They are extremely polite and acommodating to your schedule, and they treated my little dog with kindness and affection to make him comfortable during the grooming process, unlike the Fridley petco.

Their Fish selection and service is top notch. They have a very good selection of tanks and knowledge of what it takes to keep your fish healthy. Ive been to other Petcos looking for fish, none have come even close to this one. The staff is always great.

Come here for my fish supplies I bought a 55 gallon aquarium about 6 years ago from here and have been coming here ever since. Clean store friendly staff. The general manager has been at this location for a very long time and he runs the store well

They were out of the 15 pound bag of Ultra Lite 40 so they offered the same price per pound on the smaller bags. They also called another Petco and had them hold a bag for us. They went above and beyond in terms of customer service.

Vet Co through Petco has great prices on yearly shots for your dogs and cats for anyone looking to avoid the exam fee just to get vaccines. The catch waiting in line can take around two hours, depending on location.

Got my dog groomed by Stephanie, was supposed to have a Mohawk and it looked awful wasnt even cut straight and she charged me extra because he had a few mattings on his legs, definitely not impressed at all.

Petco Roseville always does a great job grooming my schnauzer. I have had problems with her getting ear infections at other groomer but this has never been an issue at Petco Roseville.
