Wow! I have never seen such unprofessional and incompetent staff as were working in the grooming department here. Having a terrier mix, I am used to people being scared of my dog. But after four years and ZERO incidents, including at least 50 nail clippings at various petcos, she has never nipped, bit, or shown aggression. As I was paying the groomer ran out and said she was unable to finish because my dog was too bitey. The staff were incredibly rude, laughing; I"m not sure why but I was treated very poorly from start to finish. Very disappointed in the staff and their ignorance.

Came in last night needing a new pet cage for my dog because I was moving, and only had one room instead of a whole house for her! Well, I had gone to another store and they didnt seem to know what would be best for the size of dog I had... then I came here, and what a difference. I met with Susie, who was full of personality and energy, and knew exactly what to look for. She asked great questions and was upbeat and helpful! I will be coming back here from now on for my pet needs after this very positive experience! Thanks PetCo and Susie!

Assistant manager, Carla, was awesomely helpful! She really knows animal care. She helped me find the things I needed for my cat and understand potential conflicts between products. The VetCo program also sounds like a great deal, and I expect I will be bringing my cat here next time I need something straight-forward.

The grooming service used to be great, but it seems like all the great employees have left. The puppy had been there for all his haircuts for a year, and he loved it. Once certain groomers left this location, our dog came out of his haircut traumatized.

Some of the nicest sales people Ive ever met. They seem more interested in you buying what is right for your animal over you buying unnecessary supplies. Plus, they have had some of the most adorable cats Ive ever seen up for adoption!

I love going here. Every time I am here the staff will give my dog treats and pet her (which she LOVES). She even gets her grooming done here. I love where it is located and I have always had good experiences.

I bring my large dog in frequently for nail trims. He is not fond of getting his nails trimmed and requires 2 groomers for the job. The groomers are always friendly, helpful and do a good job. Thank you.

Good experience by far except for one gal who works there who avoided trying to help me she needs to be talked to by management but otherwise got help when I went up front after waiting for 20 minutes
