I purchased a vehicle two weeks ago from this dealer and I was absolutely amazed on how they run their dealership.. This is not your ordinary car dealership, their vehicles are all indoors and on two levels and as they told me, its all warehouse pricing and thats why they are price leaders in the market. I was really surprised with this place and the first words out of my mouth was Wow, this is really cool.. They were very knowledgeable about the cars and each and every vehicle I test drove was spotless and ready to go and the majority of them were still under the original factory warranty. I settled on a SUV which was almost two thousand dollars less then other dealership I visited for the same type of vehicle and this one had lower miles.. I also did my financing with them and their in house financing manager beat my own bank by 1.50% interest and that means a better payment then my own bank of 17 years offered me. Being there and buying from them was a perfect experience and it was a lot of fun, its not your normal boring car dealership and all vehicles are indoors. I will certainly tell my family and friends to visit this place when they are in the market for a newer used car.. Nice Place to do Business!! Frank C.

These people dont understand customer service or professionalism. Everything started off fine, and Id say if you have to go there work with Chad. He was great, response time was so quick, worked out a really nice solution to a last minute financial situation that came up etc. He was great. However, the customer service manager there is so rude. He was rude to me, rude to my mechanic. The week I drove my car off the lot I ended up with a 700 engine fix. He didnt care and had nothing to say about it. Then they kept forgetting to mail me my plates. Drove around for weeks with expired temporary permit. No apology, no explanation, just deflected and continued to take weeks to mail my plates. Dont think my car should be breaking the week I buy it and not mailing my plates with no explanation and no desire to work out a solution.

(Purchased 2010 Audi S4) From the moment I walked in Chad was extremely helpful. They had the car ready to go inside for a walk around and test drive. When I told them I would like to purchase the car Chad was very helpful in walking me through the whole process and accepting my trade in. When I went to fill out all of the paperwork Gregg was very informative and walked me though every form. I will be returning to them for future purchases and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Joe went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the condition of the used, 01 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I bought in early March of 16. Joe offered to take the Jeep to my mechanic for an inspection while I was at work. THAT is great service! After finding some relatively minor mechanical issues, we reached a fair price and I am very satisfied with the purchase. I would not hesitate to do business with Whitaker again, especially with Joe.

Whitaker Sports and Imports is a great place for anyone looking for a nice car, at the right price. I am partial to European cars and they had a great selection for me to browse. Their location was unique and convenient, being just off of Hwy 36. The salesman was welcoming and knowledgeable, which made this a great experience for me. Will definitely be recommending this dealership to family and friends in the future!

Place is a hole in the wall.. nasty and dirty. And the salesmen are the bottom of the barrel dirt bags with greasy slicked back hair in the worst case of cliches. Got the car and at a decent price, but if I could have left and gone somewhere else I would have. Wanted to walk out so many times... BUT this location is the only one that had this specific car. Went home and showered.
